- Rates are valid for minimum 2 passengers travelling together
- All services including the hotel and room category are subject to availability at the time of booking

- Any deviation in routing will incur additional charges.
- Surcharges will apply during festivals, holidays / extended weekends, travel fairs, special events, Christmas, New Year, etc.
- Any costs incurred due to natural calamities, political disturbance, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances will be additional
- Meals if included as a part of the package are on buffet basis / set menus as per the hotel
- Rates are subject to change in case of any hike in airport taxes, fuel charges, hotel rates, transport rates or government taxes
- Child rates will be considered only up to the age of 11 years. For a child who is 12 years of age or above adult rates will apply.

- In the event of cancellation of packages more than 9 days prior to commencement of journey, no cancellation charges
- For cancellation 9 days or less prior to commencement of journey, one night rention
- For cancellation 6 days or less prior to commencement of journey, 50% cancellation charges
- For cancellation 48 hours or less prior to commencement of journey, 100% cancellation charges
- For any cancellation / amendment VIA will charge Rs. 250/- per person as service charge
