Cancellation |
- Rates are valid for minimum 2 passengers travelling together
- All services including the hotel and room category are subject to availability at the time of booking
- Rates are valid only for the dates mentioned above
- Prices are subject to change without any prior notice
- Any deviation in routing will incur additional charges.
- Surcharges will apply during festivals, holidays / extended weekends, travel fairs, special events, Christmas, New Year, etc.
- Any costs incurred due to natural calamities, political disturbance, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances will be additional
- Meals if included as a part of the package are on buffet basis / set menus as per the hotel
- Rates are subject to change in case of any hike in airport taxes, fuel charges, hotel rates, transport rates or government taxes
- Child rates will be considered only up to the age of 11 years. For a child who is 12 years of age or above adult rates will apply.
- Check-in 1300 hours / Check out - 1100 hours.
- Single occupancy is 85% of double occupancy

- Late check-out will be permitted subject to availability and on paying day charge.
- Supplement for Deluxe Room @ INR 1500 per room per night (nett and non-commissionable)

- Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner (25 Dec) @ INR 5000 per person. Children 6-12 years will be charged 50% of adult rate.
- Compulsory New Years Eve Gala Dinner (31 Dec) @ INR 7000 per person. Children 6-12 years will be charged 50% of adult rate.

- Any amendments in the date or itinerary or cancellation are to be intimated to us in writing. Amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates.
- In the event of cancellation 12 days, prior to the commencement of journey, 10% cancellation charges
- For cancellation 9-12 days, prior to the commencement of journey, one night retention or booking deposit, whichever is higher
- Cancellation 5-9 days, prior to the commencement of journey, 50% cancellation charges
- Cancellation less than 5 days, prior to the commencement of journey, 100% cancellation charges
- For any cancellation / amendment VIA will charge Rs. 250/- per person as service charge
