- For cancellation 32 - 17 days, prior to the commencement of journey, 50% cancellation charges
- Cancellation 17 - 6 days, prior to the commencement of journey, 25% cancellation charges
- Canclellation less than 6 days prior to the commencement of journey, 100% cancellation charges
- For any cancellation / amendment VIA will charge Rs. 250/- per person as service charge
