This hotel is sooo baddd, it makes me bother to log into my account and write a review.
Currently still staying at this hotel, all i can say that the pictures on their page do not justify how baddd their facilities are.
1. I stayed up all night, feeling itchy all over my body. I thought it was mosquito at the first place but when i see the bite marks it tells me it was a bed bug bites. (I've been bitten by mosquitos my whole life so i can tell how a mosquito bites looks like, and it does not seem like one)
A few moments later, yep in front of my eyes i saw one small bed bug on the bed sheet.
2. The pillow are rather smelly
3. The towels are rather smelly and the color is so worn out. (It's dirty grey!!!)
4. The gym is horrible, under-maintained and the equipment is broken.
5. Just read about the other reviews about how horrible the breakfast is. So i'm gonna find out in a few hours because i'm unable to go back to bed. And i'm traumatized by the bed bug.

I booked via traveloka, was bad choice i made. The receptionist so not friendly, somebody with laziness worked there cos they kept ignoring me and gave me room in the corner, connecting to the very noisy room m occupied by some teens. Apparently there were group o of students s came earlier. Brekfast totally disaster, room has shrieking bed, ugly coffee, bad aroma in hallway. Not recommended

First of all i wanna thank reception staff who took care of me once i checked in and changed my room once they knew its my birthday, however, the hotel has very bad points in which breakfast is horrible, bathroom toiletries u get 2 tooth brushes ONLY !! I stayed 6 nights only 2 days with wifi the rest without wifi , kept going back and forth to the reception with no proper explanation or sorting out the problem, Location am aware about it a bit further from Jl Legian , so the 2 starts i gave only for the staff , management if there is management should be changed , i work in the biggest airline in the world , i know when its a management problem and when its staff shortfall ,
And btw incase your wondering why i booked cheap hotel if am working in high position , because of the hospital and availability in the surrounding area ,
One night. Never again!

If I could give it no stars I would! I have stayed here 3 times after arriving in Bali before traveling to another island the following day. Stayed here last night with 4 adults and two young children. We arrived to find the hotel was under renovation and has moved down the road!!! No one informed us of this when I had been in contact with them on two occasions a week before we arrived !!! I asked to cancel one room on my booking and have two rooms connected and 1 room next door . We had four rooms and they refused to cancel one of the rooms and charged me $50 for a room I didn't use . The other rooms were NOT CONNECTED . All the rooms were unbearably hot on arrival and one rooms air con was totally broken. They sent a mechanic to the room at 12am at night while trying to get kids to sleep. They said they fixed it but the room remained at 100 degrees. We ended up not using that room at all!!!! Still not offered a refund. Breakfast was disgusting and uneatable. I waited 30 mins for a simple cup of coffee. The hotel is currently on top of a Chinese restaurant where the slop for breakfast was served. The staff are rude and speak zero English. I will be complaining to Expedia who I booked through. The hotel is a disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging $50 a night! DONT STAY HERE

I stayed during 2 weeks in Superior Twin. Room was clean, buffet breakfast was great. The bathroom and internet worked well, but the minibar wasn't too cold. Unfortunately the location of this hotel isn't too strategic. The first day I stayed there, I ordered dinner by Go-Food because no many restaurants near hotel.
