Brilliant stay..!!

We were 8 siblings travelling together to enjoy the goan rains and beaches and we needed a place which could accomodate maximum of us together. At 16degrees north, we found the perfect place..a perfect suite with a huge river facing terrace balcony was perfect for us in every way. Hospitality was very well taken care by Sam and Shailesh at the front desk and we had no troubles even wen we requested for a lil pool endevours​ late in the night.
Absolutely close to baga beach, the location was perfect as it avoided the baga calangute busy road nd had a bypass to anjuna nd curlies :)

Worst breakfast

Hotel location is superb.
Tariff in unseason 1500 and season 2500 is reasonable.
Rooms are big and having child bed.
Rooms and neat and clean and have all ameneties.
Worst part of this hotel is breakfast.
Rest is very congested.
Breakfast is too simple.
They must increase breakfast items.

This place is simply amazing. I had been with my cousins and we had a wonderful time. The hospitality, cleanliness, hygiene etc. was up to the mark.
For me, the place is freezes the next time I'm coming to Goa.

The AC works so amazing that the moment we enter the room, it feels like we are at some hill station. :D ... That's the time when you can party in-house ;)

I have stayed at this lovely hotel atleast 4-5 times since it has been operational and always loved it. The property manager Stephen is a jem of a person and will do anything to make your stay a memorable one.
This time around I had a early morning flight and was in hotel around 8:00 am and lady on the reception addressed me with name and I was in my room within no time. ( no waiting no room getting ready kind of excuses). Around 1 in afternoon Me and my wife was surprised with a cake and bottle of wine.
As I mentioned in a mail to Stephen that I was coming for my anniversary but no special request was made. Thanks Stephen for making it special.
Hotel receptionist also arranged a bike for me which was cheaper then the guy just outside the hotel they also allowed me to use the bike for almost full day without any charge as I had a late evening flight. Brakefast everyday was good as everything was prepared in small quantities and fresh specially for us As it was little low season and weekday so it was like dining at home.
On our last day the driver we booked from outside cancelled our booking. When I approached Stephen for it he arranged a brand new inova for cheaper then what I was paying for a wegon R.
This place has a lot of plus. I am sure you will have a great stay here as long as you are not a diva who wants the world to stop by and rose petals under your feet.

Comfortable Stay

I recently stayed at this Boutique hotel (First week July 2017) and had a pleasant stay.
Hotel staff is very pleasing and courteous. Minutes away from the famous Baga beach, Brittos. For larger families, the hotel offers inter-connecting rooms.
You can also hear peacocks during the morning hours which are hidden across the riverfront.
