Good basic clean hotel
Mercury Con 03/07/2017 14:35Was here for a week training around Munich, and I booked this hotel. The breakfast had varied things and all the things were very fresh, especially the bread,....was yummy.
The hotel is a basic one and its very clean. The staff are very helpful all the time, except on one morning when I had to deal with a grumpy receptionist.

Nice hotel
Boygetsabout10on 02/06/2017 22:26Stayed for business in February. Hotel is nice, quiet and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful whether it be getting a taxi or asking about places to eat/visit. Situated out of town it was about 20 eur taxi from the messe. Small cafe/bar on the same complex for food and drink which was also good.
on our way to the skiing holiday
Pawel Xon 18/04/2017 13:41We stayed there one night on our way to the skiing holidays in Austria. Location is good, service ok. Rooms are clean. Had no chance to try the breakfast as we departed early in the morning. Good value.
Rude receptionist
koahiatamadlon 17/04/2017 20:02I stayed for two nights with a prepaid reservation. Check in was straight forward enough and room as advertised. However at a quarter to 9 in the morning a woman was bashing against my door demanding to know who I was. She did not identify herself as hotel employee, she did not explain why she wanted to know my name and as the door can only be opened fully or be closed and I could not check who was outside without opening the door I refused to provide that kind of information to an unknown person. I had only just stepped out of the shower so wasn't going to open the door either. I was then threatened with the police - there was still no explanation, just rude, threatening escalation when I refused to provide my name. After challenging her to go and check the hotel records it transpired that their records indicated the room should be empty. But that is not my fault. She eventually went away and when I left the room later the maid who was working in the next room apologised profusely. But the receptionist was still rude and unapologetic when I went to reception. Even after she had checked the right records and found that I had indeed checked in and was a paying guest, not an intruder she was more interested in arguing why her behaviour was appropriate and her idea of deescalation was to ask if I was going to depart now (a day early). As somebody who has spent the last few years travelling a lot for work with between 60-90 nights in hotels/year I have never experienced such rude and aggressive behaviour in any hotel and I've stayed in hotels in 20+ countries on 4 continents and at various price points.

i wish the next time they will have a better receptionists with better treatment ...
but in general the hotel is good and that is all what i can say
