easy access to beach from hotel. good facilities and services excellent food especially breakfast. Nice place to visit once when in Goa.located on beach, with sunny side up beach restaurant excellent scenic beauty, and clean beach for water sport as well.

We are a group of 15-18 guys , all knowing each other now for 30+ years , who have a get-together every year in Goa. We keep looking at new places , so as to have different experiences every year.
This was our 4th year - and I was expecting the law of averages to kick in this time around , and spoil our experience.
We had selected 360 degrees because of its close proximity to the beach....stayed there between 20th to 23rd July.

Location - bang on the beach. You literally trip onto the beach from the inhouse Sunny Side Up restaurant. The place is a short walk from the main Candolim road , which is filled with eateries. So food is not at all a problem !
Rooms - the rooms are huge , for a double-bedroom in Goa. Neatly maintained , the room boys are always available. There are a total of only 12 rooms in all , so if you are a group of 20-25 persons , you can have the place all to yourselves !
Pool - small , cozy pool , cleanly maintained.
Inhouse restaurant , Sunny Side Up - the restaurant is open to the general public too ( they can enter from the beach side ) . Quality of breakfast & food is good.
Inhouse Spa - Ojas - is a small , decent place. Good massages are on offer.

Overall , it was a very very enjoyable experience.

Would I recommend this hotel to others ? Oh hell yes , I would !!!!!

Superb Location

The location of the property is great..Its at candolim the beach is jus 100 mts away. The swimming pool is good.. the breakfast has very very limited options and its served at their shack Sunny Side Up.. Its a small boutique hotel with may be jus 10 to 12 rooms.. Make sure one takes the rooms facing the room we had been allotted the room at the back...the room needed a facelift.. But the room was spacious.. Overall a Decent experience..

Poor Hotel

It's a very ordinary budget category hotel but they try to keep hight rate before the negotiation. Rooms are good but not really a clear sea facing. I disappointed within the next minute I checked in..it's a hotel without a service. I booked 2 rooms and I found one room key was broken so the main door was kept unlocked for few hours... nobody came to service that... toilet fittings​ we're in very bad condition..so in summary it's an average low maintained hotel...

Nice location but poor management

We had booked the hotel online and when we reached they refused to offer the room in the price we had already paid online. If the hotel is not okay with the reservations made online then they should just stop their association with the online booking sites. It is not at all right to ruin the guest's holiday for some issue which is between those booking sites and the hotel. After having to wait for an hour and an argument with the front desk staff we managed to get a room. The manager did not even show up in all this chaos even when we were asking for her intervention in the issue.
Even when the rooms are average, the location of the hotel is perfect. It has a clean long beach just a minute walk away.
