Whirlwind trip of Rome
sharonscheuon 16/07/2017 05:44The staff was wonderful. After checking in, they spent time with my husband advising the best way to see what we wanted. The room was perfect and the hotel was centrally located. The elevator was an added benefit. The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully laid out. We were not leaving Rome until late afternoon, so they allowed us to leave our luggage and gave us a key to pick it up on the way to the train station. I highly recommend this B&B and have every intention of going back again for a longer stay.

I had made a mistake with the date of my reservation and she was very helpful and worked with Expedia to change the booking even though she was called at 4:30 am. The room was very comfortable, and the location was ideal for visiting the main tourist sites. Will make a point of staying there when we return to Rome, which we hope will be before too long! Thanks!
Good, practical hotel with excellent location
M Bon 05/06/2017 08:58Excellent location for walking to all Rome attractions and the Metro Station. Personnel is friendly and very helpful. Room is small but very comfortable. Although our room faced the street, the double insulated thermal windows provided excellent sound proofing. Continental breakfast is also very good. The Wi-Fi in room worked very well. Rooms are on the 4th floor, but there is a lift. The shower however was in need of repairs as the shower heads were clogged up and water seeped on the floor. Remember that in most hotels in Europe, there are no facecloths or Kleenex type tissues in rooms. A nice surprise however were the complimentary bottle of wine and 2 water bottles in the fridge! A nice touch!

Michael Son 17/05/2017 01:46Extremely good value. Good sized room, nice breakfast, lovely hosts. Old- fashioned elevator. Inner and outer doors. Couple of minutes to the Republica stop on the Metro. About same to Termini. 2 minutes to via Nazionale. Well located.
A Real Gem
essexgirl72on 06/05/2017 11:57Found this great B&B on Booking.com just a 10 minute walk from Termini and within 20 mins of main tourist sites.
From the moment we booked Beatrice could not have been more helpful answering questions we had very promptly by email.
Entrance to the hotel is via one of those big doors you see on the streets of Rome and then there is an amazing old lift to take you up to the 4th floor.
Room was big with large wardrobe with hangers, safe, fridge, tv, tea & coffee making facilities and free wifi.
Breakfast was a small buffet with cereals, pastries, meats, cheeses and bread. Along with tea, coffee and fruit juices.
Reception is not 24 hours but there is a mobile number you can use to contact someone if you need too.
We had a late flight home and they happily stored our luggage and gave us a key to access the B&B to collect it.
In the surrounding area there are a number of bars and good restaurants. Opposite is a Carrefour supermarket.
I would highly recommend if you want a small B&B in Rome.
