My husband had work in bogota and stayed in this hotel apartment for two month. I joined him with the kids for the third month. It's located in a great place very safe classy area. 10 mins walking from a wide variety of restaurants and two supermarkets. A short ride to a shopping mall.
The staff was so friendly and helpful.
Just the oven and burners didn't work well, so don't depend on cooking. The fridge though works. But eating out is really cheap and good quality.

Like a second home.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, from management and the ladies at the front door to the cleaning ladies and the doormen. I had an excellent time while staying there. My every need and expectation was met and exceeded.

Stayed here with my wife for two weeks! Location is very safe. Service is good.I booked this property twice in last June 2016. Spacious place with minimum furnished Kitchenette. Management even cooperated for few more utensils. Good laundry service on payment. No private washing machine.

dumpy and outdated with poor service

we had the displeasure of staying here when we first arrived to bogota. the water pressure in the toilets was terrible (hardly enough power to flush down and you have to just stand there and hold the handle forever), the beds were old and lumpy, and the staff wasn't customer service oriented. we asked at least 5 times to have house keeping come on our second day and by 4pm they still hadn't come to clean our room. the gym space was awful with outdated equipment and a dank atmosphere. there was a leak in our ceiling and our room key reader kept rejecting our room cards-we had to go down to the front desk numerous times to get the room keys reprogrammed and always the attitude at the front desk was that it was user error-not friendly or helpful at all-rather arrogant approach to customer service. the two bright spots (and why there are 2 stars) are the restaurant staff-they were nice-and the location of the hotel, which is pretty good.

Noise room and someone no friendly

I have been for 3 months in this hotel because my husband work. Since first week we arrived to the hotel we asked to change of apartment, because almost all of them are very noisy 24 hrs, even weekends. We Could never sleep and rest comfortable. On the front desk no everybody is friendly and worried to help you. The quiet rooms are a little old fashion and have dirty rugs. I hope not to have to return to this hotel again!
