Nancy Bon 19/09/2012 18:18Anna, our host, was very informative and provided us great information to make our trip into downtown Rome easier. The B&B is just a short train trip from the main train station in Rome and the local train station is within walking distance from the B&B. Very private, secure location, good breakfast, and very nice hosts.

charming and recommendable
Hondecoeteron 11/05/2012 08:47We had a lovely time, we loved the well cared (italian) breakfast in the garden, we slept well with windows open and were within 35 minutes on every spot in Rome we wanted to visit.
In the neighbourhood are some restaurants were you can enjoy tastefull and affordable dinner and lunch. There is also a supermarket on walking distance.
Anna is a very helpfull hostess as well. Thank you again,Anna!
Most Disappointing!
KaiToron 29/11/2010 08:40We were after a place outside Rome from where we could take a train
downtown and return to something more peaceful after a day's
sightseeing. Anna and Luca's sounded ideal from the claims on
their website - "... set within a lovely residential area of Rome, is located only steps
from the Ciampino railway station". Sadly the reality is somewhat different. It is a long way from the station, up to 2 kilometers, and it would be a very difficult
walk in the rain, or at any time for woman alone - all the houses and
shops, and even the church, are behind security fences, for a reason? A
major airport is almost as close as the station so it is best to sleep
with windows closed. Breakfast was disappointing - orange drink from
cartons (with straw!), thawed mini pastries in cellophane, coffee in a
thermos jug - nothing fresh.
Parking is good, and at least it is behind the first set of security
fencing. TV reception is average at best, and finding the only English
channel requires as much luck as skill. WiFi to the room is poor, and
since one is confined to the bedroom (or garden) and not allowed
elsewhere except for breakfast - this is a .problem.
Anna was very offhand and her English isn't as good as was expected
from the website description.
I would not recommend this place.
Highly recommend this B&B
mahesh007on 21/05/2009 21:16I have to say this is the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. The room was immaculate and exceptionally clean. Anna was very friendly and helpful and happily provided us with directions to and from the train station. We found our stay to be very pleasant and excellent value for money. Definately worth a visit if you are looking for a nice B&B in the residential part of Rome away from the busy centre.
