Fair price, fair room
Rebecca Con 13/02/2017 20:54We walked around the square looking for it a few times, beware there is no large sign! For the price we payed, the room was adequate (there was a room tax but this was made clear when we booked). Slightly noisy due to the traffic outside and the room made us both sneeze. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. There was a view of the tower from the terrace near the kitchen which was fantastic. Breakfast was basic but the fresh coffee was lovely! Staff were polite and friendly.
VERY BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!
cesargarcia1613on 28/12/2016 22:49My family and me visited Italy last summer 2016 and we went to Pisa. We rented a car to visit several places in that country, so sometimes we had to drive for many hours between cities.
When we arrived to Pisa, we went to our hotel booked with months in advance, but unfortunatelly, nobody opened the door of this hotel. We called by phone to the owner and she asked us to wait for 15 minutes, but after that time, she did not arrive.
We called again, but she did not answer the phone any more, so we had to rent other hotel to spend that night, so we paid twice!
Next day, we went to ask for our money refund and the employee there told us it was not possible, so we were upset for this situation.
This was the only hotel in our trip that did not give the service and charged for it!
Please, do not book this hotel if you do not want a bad experience like this.

bzibzouon 05/09/2016 15:39We were not informed we would have to pay an extra fee for check in at 10 p.m and that the taxes were not included. So had we to pay a big supplement at our entrance to the hostel. Our room (near the toilet) was ugly and very smelly, there was an awful leak from the toilet's sanitary to the room. We asked for another room and they were fair enough to give us one. This room was much better though it was next to the kitchen.
The location was amazing and it is easy to get in and out of the hostel.
Avoid!!
hollyk2444on 11/07/2016 08:02There was constant blackouts in one half of the hotel. No hot water. Dirty bathrooms. A lot of noise inside and outside. Dodgy wifi. No parking.
I first booked to stay two nights here a few months ago. I accidentally booked an extra night and emailed them right away about my mistake so I wouldn't be charged for the extra night. No response and I got charged, so I emailed again and still no response. When we arrived I asked about it and the girl barely spoke English so I just let it go and wore the cost of the extra night.
Our room was a decent size with a flat screen and air con. The bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guests. There was a blackout in our half of the hotel shortly after arriving but it was fixed a few minutes after.
The bathrooms were very dirty and messy. There was water and hair everywhere, all the bins were overflowing, one of the lights wasn't working in one bathroom, the toilet seat had come off completely in the other and the shower was so full of hair the drain was clogged and the shower was overflowing with water.
The first night there was so much noise from guests running around inside and closing doors as well as so much noise from outside until about 3am when it was finally quiet. There were blackouts on and off all night so our air con was beeping all night from switching on and off we eventually just turned it off and cooked in the 30 degree heat.
The second night we got back from a day out at about 6pm and there was no hot water at all. Probably from there being no power all night and day. I had a cold shower and then the power was the same all night, switching on and off, so once again we cooked in the heat all night.
The only good thing about this hotel was the location it was about 10 minutes walk to the tower and there's heaps of good and cheap food places around as well as a little mini mart but it's a bit expensive in there.
The hotel was very cheap but I wouldn't recommend it. Pay extra and at least get some hot water and power.
Nice Breakfast and ease accessibility to Pisa.
Matti Uon 17/02/2016 11:13Good location in pisa, highly recommended... Affordable and convenient! Breakfast was nice, and staff was good. Just on 5 minutes walk to PISA tower. and around 30 minutes walk from airport. Only problem was the tv didnt have any english channels!:)
