DivaDynamiteon 17/07/2017 17:50Soooo much wrong with this hotel. Falsely advertises continental breakfast. Falsely advertises the room sleeps five. The room reeked of cigarettes and it was supposed to be non-smoking room--windows don't open for fresh air. Heater smelled like there was a fire inside it, so we didn't use it. Sticky stuff in carpet (ICK!!). Stains and damage EVERYWHERE--carpet, walls, ceiling, furniture. The "clean" bathmat was dirty. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower bar. The toilet had black mold all the way around the waterline. Debris on floor behind/under toilet and inside the furniture drawers (including bandaid and other injury/bodily fluid potential items). Chicken salad left in the fridge. No security bar on the door - only an easy-to-break chain. No phone in the room. No light in the entryway - had to fumble around in the dark to find the bathroom light. No extra blankets in the room - or any blankets. Just double sheets and a false comforter folded at the foot of the bed. Ashes on the floor under the table. Huge, open cracks in the bathroom ceiling. Stains on the top of the toilet seat and on the tank lid. There was supposed to be free wi-fi, but nobody gave us a code, and since we got there around 11pm, we didn't think about asking--so I can't tell you if they really have it or if that is more false advertising. TV was worthless. Very poor sound insulation. I woke up twice from noisy people---and I sleep through everything. A room that was supposed to sleep five had two bath towels (and remember...no phone to call down for more). When we arrived, a couple was at the desk complaining about the poor quality of the room with their own laundry list of problems. And I got this at the "discounted" price of $151.44, which was a discount of $59.98. I'll tell you what...this was a $60 room at best.

Monica Kon 07/02/2017 09:30This place was clean but it has bed bugs. The room was not updated, it has 5 TV channels on a old school fat box TV. no toilets paper in the bathroom. And no blanket on the beds.

Expensive rundown hotel
_alibrina26on 12/10/2016 03:40Overpriced. The hotel was rundown. No breakfast offered. Police was looking for some guy who had stolen the tip jar from a restaurant across the street. Thankfully there wasn't any roaches or bedbugs.
The morning staff was so terrible,unfriendly!!!!

The worst hotel experience of my life
Emily Con 14/08/2016 18:12Don't ever stay here. My mom and I got there late after a concert but left within an hour and drove three hours home because we were so disgusted. So many things were wrong I don't even know where to start. First, the entire place stunk. The elevator was shaky and stopped at all of the floors, even if no one was getting on or off. There was no TV remote in the room. Everything in the room was outdated. The lamps on the walls were crooked and dull. The beds only had sheets on them and two very small pillows that didn't even have pillow cases on them. There were also ants in my bed. We were on the second floor- how did the ants even get up there? There were water stains on the ceiling throughout the building. Wires were exposed in multiple places in the room and hallways. The pool was so filthy you couldn't even see the bottom in the shallow end. My mom stepped in something in our room that made her foot stick to the carpet. To top it all off there were prostitutes in the parking lot. Who knows what else is going on there? The entire place was sketchy and gross. We paid WAY too much for the quality of the stay. When we made reservations we were having a hard time finding a hotel, and we needed one, so we figured we could suck it up for one night and stay in a hotel that doesn't have the greatest rating. We were so wrong. I would have rather slept in the car. It was way worse than I ever could have imagined. If you are considering staying here, dont!
