Bed bug infested. Treated horrible when I told the front desk woman about the issue. She told me the room had to be inspected before she changed my room or gave me my money back aftet showing her multiple bite marks on my body. After that all she could talk about is how I had an extra person which was my son in the room and charged me 55 for three days and tried giving me back 85 out of 250 for 7 days, thats 35 a day for 7 days. After getting bit up by bugs and on top of the room being so run down. I usually stay at Extended Stay for 350 a week. I wanted to save 100 for a week or two and just came back to literally bite me in my you know what. The woman told us she didnt care about the bites lol Her husband supposedly the general manger attempted to do right but had his miserable wife in his ear. He only gave me back 15 more dollars. How is 100 suppose to pay for a room till tuesday and its Friday. You get the deal buying weekly. For a second I thought they would have took responsibility and accommodated me. Then the manager had the nerve to say he didnt find any bed bugs when there were blood stain's on the sheets smh absoultely disturbing. So got bit up by bed bugs spent more money on anti bacterial cream, missed work today and kicked out of my room while being jerked out of 75. It's drug and addict infested and every guest gets treated the same no respect. They act like they are doing you a favor when you are paying them. The woman also had the nerve to tell me dont come back when I was walking out lol who wants to come back to get ripped off and a trip to the hospital.

Stained floor, stained furniture, splatters of unknown liquid on all walls. No fitted sheet on bed. They used to flat sheets to cover the bed. Once you laid down on it the mattress was exposed. Toilet was not secured to the ground housing. Had to use a plunger that was given by front desk after every use. Dusty and old smell to room. Most of bed begs coming from pictures frames and bottom of bed. Its not worth being cheap. Just spend a couple more dollars in go to extended stay on priceline you'll get a great deal.

please if u dont need to dont stay here. the room was dirty and the beds were so lumpy i couldnt even sleep. management were the crabbiest people ive ever delt with, couldnt even talk to them. had to beg for toilet paper and tissue. it looked like a crack house ready to explode. people slamming doors at all hours of the night. never ever again will i stay there. id rather stay in my car. they really need to shut that place down.

Had a jacuzzi room for 3 days had to book a 4 th it was great for a motel! Clean and customer savy and very clean! Would stay again! Old Tvs but able to hookup DVD player not many amenities but very cheap for for a jacuzzi room great price and had carry out menus!

They have people who live there all the time, they made noise all night! They had car loads of people coming in all night. Seemed to us like drug deals going on! The rooms are nasty,! Horrible service. Not clean at all. I had paid for two nights by the morning after my first night i checked out, got my money back and went next door to the super eight.

So I decided to get my girlfriend a jacuzzi room for her birthday; however, instead of a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, it was very disappointing and an unfortunate experience. So we checked into the hotel at approximately 9 pm, and we had prior engagements so we just turned on the heat and left. When we returned at approximately 3 am the room smelt like a sewer. So we complained to the front desk and we were given a can of "De-odorizer" which did absolutely nothing so we were moved into another room to find out the television did not work and then we had to track down remotes to find out that they were malfunctioning as well. So we relocated to room number 3 and finally we got situated at 430 am. I can't believe the way they compensated us for our troubles we were offered a whopping $10.00 and a later checkout. Then upon coming back from lunch 5 minutes later there was a lady with a shopping cart ready to place our belongings in it that consist of a MacBook a Compaq, champagne and various personal items. The Better Business Bureau will here about this and if you wanta jacuzzi room do not stay here!!!!
