This is not luxury, but straight, clean, and looks new. Close to the highway, quick check in around midnight. Quiet room, good bed, and a fair breakfast. Had yougurt, musli, eggs and bacon. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Hotel OK but impolite staff

Easy to park Clean room Nice restaurant nearby (Bavarian one) where you also get the breakfast with nice staff Some stores and fast-food restaurant nearby as well Highway just next to the hotel, but you don't hear it when you are inside the bedroom, so OK.

Long check-in, I was the 3rd guest coming in one shot, the lady at the desk wasn't really polite and let everyone know she was really tired and just didn't care. The wifi just didn't work, this hotel is supposed to welcome group of professionals I don't know this is supposed to work... I politely asked at the reception if it happened frequently, if they had another solution whatever, the lady was RUDE just spoke to me as if I was *** - NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL -- so I couldn't work I tried to get a drink at the bar, just forget it, nobody came > I recommend the restaurant !

Disappointing this year after my glowing review last year.

Firstly when I booked they could have told me the hotel was being renovated.Even so they could have put us in a room at a part of the hotel that was not right next to where most of the refurbishment was going on. Couldn't use the lift most of the time as they were transporting building materials and workers.The noise from hammer drills didn't stop until 19.15 which after an eight hour drive meant I couldn't have a sleep before the evening meal.Our room had not been refurbished and looked worn and tired.In the bathroom the shampoo and liquid soap dispensers did not work.
The meal at the restaurant was first class and was reasonably priced. The restaurant service was excellent.The breakfast was also good though the breakfast attendant was not very attentive and food and juice was not replenished.

Surpisingly good stay! Close to Tesla Supercharger

Stayed here on my way back to Norway - when me and the family needed a place to stop over for the night before travelling onwards. Situated close to the Autobahn - but far enough to not be noisy. Comfortable beds, good food, nice breakfast, clean and VERY spacious family room for 4 people!! We had a nice dinner, peaceful nights sleep and a good breakfast the next morning. The staff were very polite and helpful.
All in all this is not a luxurious hotel - but the standard is good and food, service and sleep quality are above average Autobahn hotels.
If you happen to drive a Tesla - there is a Tesla charger very close to the hotel (2 minutes drive) which was useful for us.
You will also find grocery stores, media markt (for electronics) and many other store-warehouses around the area.

Worst type of rude and incompetent staff running a fraudulent scam

Arrived late due to ferry delay with 15 kids in tow, said there were no rooms but when he actually bothered to move his head and look in his system decided we did have a few rooms but not matching the confirmation we had received, took a lot of exasperated hassling for him to get off his backside and sort the rooms we paid for. Rooms were dank, poorly decorated, smelly, poorly ventilated, beds were broken, the shower gel dispenser fell off the wall in every room, hadn't been cleaned properly (still contained previous occupants toiletries for example), noisy late night bar downstairs, full of rowdy youngsters unsupervised and not old enough to drink (but were clearly being sold it by the hotel management) etc etc. After arguing the previous night that breakfast was included as per the confirmation we gave our room numbers and had a stodgy poorly prepared breakfast which they then tried to make us pay for, not only that they produced a sheet of printed paper that 'proved' we hadn't paid for all the rooms we had used, again despite the confirmation matching. Clearly running some fraudulent scam to con of guilt people into paying for services they have already paid for and will be contacting Bremen police to report said scam.
