Utkarsh Mon 31/08/2017 08:38There is a Guy from Sales "GN Srinivas" was very active. We did not go to resort for booking or paying final amount. He was the guy, who came to our office and collect and arrange everything. He is very good man.

Mallikjunon 14/08/2017 11:54We had booked the venue almost an year in advance. The festivities have ended. Well to tell the fact-we were not disappointed at all. The stay, ambience, support, food you name it-it was a very pleasant experience. We had the food customised to no onion and no garlic-but the Chef ensured the taste was not compromised. Considering that we personally did not have any support of my own-the resort staff was always there to meet any demand that we put forward with a smile. If there was an issue at 1 AM in the night-the house keeping attended to the same right away. Keep it up Aalankrita. Will definitely consider again.

Our go to resort place for swimming
JamilaNayeemon 28/07/2017 18:29This is our last moment go to resort place for swimming. The pool area is with a roof here so it is good if we go with kids. Also the resort is very well maintained and you can easily find it out as this place is situated on the main road towards shamirpet lake.
Pathetic Customer Service !!
prav_shadyon 28/06/2017 16:34I had a very bad experience right from the booking stage. I made an online reservation and their payment gateway failed right after entering my card details. I need to call couple of people in their management multiple times. There was no follow-up whatsoever. I have to keep ringing and reminding them of the issue.
I booked a Penthouse which is supposed to be on top-floor, but the reception allocated me something on the groundfloor. When i asked the staff they replied it is actually the Penthouse. I thought maybe their dictionary has a different definition for a Penthouse. Sighs. It was only the next morning that i am actually staying in an Executive Room instead.
And just when i thought it cant get any worse than this, they charged me an additional freaking 11,000 INR because i'm carrying a DSLR for a personal photoshoot. Its NOT commercial, it is PERSONAL. That is 2 times the price of the room im staying in.
I couldn't go back because i already made plans for this stay.
If you do charge such ridiculously high prices, atleast be transparent in your pricing and update your century old website with the latest information.
The place has a good ambience but definitely not worth the ridiculous prices they charge.
I don't recommend this to anyone who expects a decent customer service.
