Great little hotel close to facilities

We stayed here for 3 nights in a quadruple economy room. The room was rather small and if a bigger room was available I would have booked it.
However we had everything we need and it was very comfortable (esp our mattress so soft) and clean and their were plenty of comfy places to sit in the hotel and patio. Good pool, though I would've liked more shade arrived the pool (umbrellas would be good) as I got sun stroke one day after chatting in the pool to a very talkative Irish girl for what seemed like only half an hour!
Sleep is important to me and we all slept well, it was nice and quiet at night.
Breakfast was really good, especially the tiramisu and pear and chocolate tart!
Staff are so nice and friendly.
Right near the bus to Sirmione, perfect.

More than just a hotel!

We loved our stay in hotel international. The couple who own it were really friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. It has a lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. On arrival we were greeted by 2 corona beers in an ice bucket in our room and on a really hot day the couple came out and gave all the guests by the pool a corona .. on the house!! We are a family of 4 and shared a quadruple room which was clean, and totally adequate for our 3 night stay. The area around the hotel is beautiful and the old town of sirmione is easily reached by bus for 1 Euro. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the local area and are so happy to offer any advice that is needed. We ate out at 3 lovely restaurants locally, La Foresta was amazing, a little pricey but well worth it, Civico 48 where you get 20% off with a card from the hotel and Le Palme which served traditional Italian food. The continental breakfast was spectacular, there was everything from cheese to tiramisu. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit the beautiful lake Garda.

A great place to stay

the hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, 5 minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and banks. The breakfast is magnificent. The rooms are not very large, but very nice and cool. all the rooms have a nice balcony. The temperature of the swimming pool is good and there are enough beds at the poolside.

We started our vacation in Italy here and it turned out to be the best out of all 5 hotels we stayed at. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is WELCOMING and helpful, and the breakfast is AMAZING - excellent homemade tiramisu!

Friendly hotel with a lovely atmosphere

Hotel International is our favourite hotel on the lake and has had our custom for 2 consecutive years now. The owners of the hotel are absolutely lovely, extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. During our latest trip we held our wedding in Sirmione, bringing with us 14 guests - most of whom stayed at this hotel. The hotel provided us with glasses of Prosseco (on the house) and helped us in making final arrangements for the day. We would definitely stay here again, as would every single one of our guests.

There is a shuttle bus into Sirmione old town and a market only 2 minutes from the hotel front door which is a bonus.
