friendy lovely owner,nice breakfast as well clean towels,even lost 2lb in weight walking up them stair,bonus,loads of free parking spaces,wifi,coffee and tea topped up everyday,would stay again,good size shower was ideal for my fat mate...

How dare you accuse us of being awful and Rude! We have no idea how you could make that assumption when we only saw you for two minutes when you took are payment and showed us to our room!! I think you will find the only words from us were Thank you!! We had no other communication?? You are very unprofessional as if anything you should be apologising that we found so many faults. We are sure that all the good reviews must be from your friends.

Yes we realise that it is cheap to stay,but to be honest not even worth £20 a night! Very outdated is an understatement! Very uncomfortable bed,No side lamps,Tv on top of high wardrobe from back in the eighties,terrible picture and sound,could not have the window open to noisy! Curtains stained and loads of cobwebs,carpet very thin. The bathroom was a joke,could hardly move in the shower and had to be really careful we didn't bang our heads when using the toilet! Also no soap,towels very small and thin! Kettle was filthy. I suggest you take water in as you can't fill kettle from sink. We have stayed in £40 rooms before that are so much better.

Spotlessly clean warm welcome from the owner Was surprised to find fresh towels room cleaned on second day !nice walk into town, had a fab time great value for money would highly recommend for anyone looking for value for money.

You get what you pay for! We paid £80 for 2 nights but due to unforeseen circumstances had to leave a day early and were told I wouldn't be able to have a refund so I've not benefited from this stay at all! I Booked a double room for me and my partner and when we arrived were given a room with 2 single beds! We were never told we had to book breakfast the day before I had to find out via a note on the door at 8:30 the next morning. The furniture is very dated and the tv (older than me) placed on top of a wardrobe didn't even work oh and also the toilet made an awful sound all the way through the night which added to the noise of the traffic!
