Cool hotel! We were warmly greeted by the owner upon arrival. Room was absolutely fascinating, cool, comes with build-in jacuzzi. Tasty Home-cooked breakfast - which we can have it at the veranda/beautifully decorated garden was superb! Relaxing at the hotel veranda offered breathtaking view of the cave & mountains in the late afternoon. Excellent service with great hospitality!

The Abras Cave Hotel is remarkable in many ways: for its early christian heritage still visible on the walls, the hospitality of the owner Mr.Ayhan and the comfort of the tastefully decorated, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is copious and very tasty, the hotel itself a beautiful structure which combines modern facilities with ancient history. The resulting feeling is truly mesmerizing... And all this at a very reasonable price too. Highly recommended!

The Abras Cave hotel is a friendly warm place with the owner speaking perfect English and very welcoming. There is a short steep hill up to the hotel but this is easily negotiated. The rooms are pleasant, clean and cool. Those next to reception can be a bit noisy first thing in the morning and last thing at night so best have a room upstairs or underground.

Breakfast is a buffet style with plenty of food available. The night manager who was a delightful young man prepared it for us. One could eat in the dining room or outside in the lovely garden.

The hotel is ideally situated 10 minutes walk from Ürgüp centre which is a very pleasant centre with lots of good restaurants and pretty shops.

The hotel does evening meals but we went out each night so cannot comment on the quality.

Thank you for a lovely 4 day stay which we all very much enjoyed.

Great value hotel a short walk away from town centre. The rooms are massive and cave provides a wonderful , quiet sleep :)
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with lots of healthy options.
Gentleman on the reception was very kind and provided information I needed about town.
This hotel is well looked after and the yard is beautiful with plenty plants, flowers and decorations.
And it is great value!
Recommended!

I & my wife had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights & it was just wonderful.It's a family run hotel & Mr.Ayhan the owner & his family went out of their way to make us feel at home.Even the little child would do her chores of taking dishes,etc.We would highly recommend this hotel if people want to stay in a cave hotel.
