GOOD FOR A SHORT STAY… ON BUSINESS, NOTHING ELSE

Stayed at this hotel for only one night, passing through Huelva on business.

As the customer is close by, it suited me fine, and I will say the following:

POSITIVE POINTS:
Internet was fast, flawless, and worked to perfection in the room. This for me is a plus in my books, since work is a priority while travelling.

The hotel is clean, and the room (despite being small) is adequate for a one nighter. I would not recommend this for staying long time, but for a lay over of one night, it is great.

Bathroom is nice and clean, and I like the walk in shower that worked to perfection as well.

Bar area is nice and warm, and the staff are fantastic, catering to all requests quickly, and professionally.

The gym is a small room, but good enough to get a decent workout, with perfectly working machines… plus free weights. This will give you a decent, yet basic, workout for sure.

Parking – you have two options. Outside public area, that is free… and inside covered area, that is paid. I did not have a problem in finding free space, on the day I was there.

Lastly, I would mention that check-in and check-out was fast, but would suggest a little more friendly attitude from the staff manning the desk.

NEGATIVE POINTS:
As mentioned I was here for a one night, and passing through on business. I would like to mention that it is a little out of the town center, and options for dining out are a little scares. Taxis are relatively cheap, so you can get to the center of town for as little as 5 EURO each way.

I would also mention that breakfast is rather basic for this type of “4” star hotel.

SUMMING UP:
Once again, to sum up… I would say that it is GOOD for a one night stay. For more than that, and especially on holiday… I would say “Chose elsewhere”. GOOD connections to the business district, and highway… but out of town for walking around.

Good hotel but far out

This is a decent hotel with extremely good wifi, helpful staff and a calm atmosphere. The breakfast is a little basic but it's fine. The only drawback is the distance from town, although the No. 4 bus operates quite a good service. The hotel is near a shopping mall which has lots of places to eat but the best place is the cafe round the corner near the empty water feature where you can sit outside. Tapas and a beer for 3.50. Nothing better on a sunny afteroon.

4 stars?? Not in a million years

Not in a million years would I classify this hotel as a 4 star hotel!! The rooms are too small and you definitely well below standards. The hotel is situated in the outskirts of the town and the surrounding area does leave a lot to desire. If you don't want to worry about your car you are better of paying the parking, the hotel will charge you 11 euros per night...
The first thing we noticed upon our arrival was the sold drinks and coffee dispensing machines, so if you want to get a drink you have to get it from the machines rather than from the cafeteria, the reason been that there is no staff at the bar...
The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, our bathroom was not properly clean, when we rang the receptionist and told her so, her answer was that there was no cleaning personal to clean it, she didn't even offer to gives us a different room... I have posted a couple of pics but decided to avoid publishing the one of the wc as it was just too awfull... Someone forgot to pull the chain... And whoever was meant to glen the room forgot to check the wc
Thankfully we had our own toiletries as there was none in the room, not even a bathrobe... Only a single set of towels. The booking was for two people.
Regarding the Internet connection we were unable to use it and none of our phones or computers would connect to it, far too slow and that is taken into account that we are premium guests...

Shabby small room, horrible bed, very good staff

The hotel is suitable if you arrive by car as it is located just next to highway exit. The best thing was the staff at reception. They helped and were willing to do their best to accomodate the guests.
The very limited common areas were modern and clean, unfortunatelly not the room decorated in old AC style.
The bed was a tiny queen, the matress very old and crampy, the pillows ever worse and impossible to use for head support. The closet was so small you couldn't store more than 3 pieces, besides to open it, you had to stand far away, as no space between the bed and the closet.
The bathroom, which I liked a lot was very nice, with above everage bath tub and excellent water pressure.
The TV was fine and the insulation not good at all. You could here everything!
Said all these; The hotel just complies with: come, sleep, leave and nothing else.
I would not repeat if I were in Huelva again, due to not good sleep experience.

Nice hotel, but....

This seems like a nice enough hotel. Clean, modern. However, on the website it said under Guest Room Information / General Room Amenities "Coffee Maker / tea service". I took this to mean that the rooms had the standard 'hot pot' and a couple of packets of instant coffee. They do NOT. I went down and asked the manager if any of the rooms had a 'hot pot' and she said "no". So, that's a negative for me. I like to wake up and have a cup of coffee in the room in the morning. I even bring my own extra coffee. But I don't bring a 'hot pot'. I thought every hotel in the world had such a thing.
