As always an amazing holiday!

We stay here once or twice a year, full board plus is definitely the best option however there are plenty of places to eat should you choose another board option. Our English liaison Denise arranged our stay all via email whilst I was away in New Zealand with a small deposit and greeted us on our arrival. Denise went out of her way during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has changed much over the years with new facilities always being added. Staying here with 2 small children age 6 & 7 is a pleasure as the hotel is designed for kids during the day with plenty of adult entertainment at night.

Afternoon at Acapulco Beach Resort

We took an afternoon off work and got a taxi out to the Acapulco Beach Club; entry fee is 40 TKL per head (about £10) which gives you access to the resort facilities including the water park and the beach.

The water park was great fun with several flumes to enjoy and the beach excellent, clean and the water balmy. The bar restaurant serves quite good food and has helpful attentive staff.

Good place for some time out although it is very busy as one would expect peak season. Easy to get taxi back into Kyrenia.

First of all I would like to warn against negative reviews against acapulco and the staff... That is not true, there are some fussy people who would never be happy .
From UK half board is not available but as soon as you land you can upgrade to full board which is worth.... This was my 3rd visit to acapulco and was better everytime.. Amazing holiday... Thanks to Denise and few waiters Ergun Kapeel and Akif
My 6 years old absolutely loved it specially the aqua Park
My wife loves the bus service to kyrenia 😀
Pools and the rooms are well maintained
Had to use first aid service and was well looked after.
Will visit acapulco anytime in future and highly recommend.

Everything perfect except the internet. Very slow and unreliable, often disconnecting. If someone was making a business trip here, they wouldn't be able to rely on the poor internet.

Other than that, everything is great. Staff is respectful, especially Dilek Hanim was great and very attending.

This hotel was good especially for children with it's pools and slides. We stayed at the new part of the hotel and the rooms were very good and the view was unbelievable. The beach of the hotel is the one of the best which i have seen in my life.

We all liked the meals they were delicious. I advise all my friends . The staff were very kind.
