A bit disappointed
alexbxl2017on 15/07/2017 11:41I booked this hotel for a short stay with my 13 year's old daughter. It was her birthday gift, a mother/daughter trip.
This hotel is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. The room is a functional room like in a Novotel which is a 3 stars. The parking costs EUR17 (which is a good price) but is only available from 13h to 13h the day after which means that you have to pay an other parking if you went to spend two full days at the Belgian Coast. The reception guy advised me to use an public parking for my stay, that it would cost me less... I paid EUR36 from 11h day 1 to 18h day 2!
Breakfast os full of variety but small breads seems to be not cooked.
They offer a free wifi connection... the connection was not good and I was all the time disconnected.
The view from the window was horrible....
I am not a difficult person and I've been to 4 different hôtels in Ostende (following availabilities when I went). This one is not the one I would recommend. I found 3 stars hôtels more confortable, more friendly, with better services for better prices.

I4076RLrichardgon 11/07/2017 20:21Good location, close to seafront and numerous bars and restaurants. Standard room was clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide range of food, cooked and uncooked. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location is everything
Lieven Don 03/07/2017 08:58Hotel Acces is one block away from the pier. Very convenient. The breakfast buffet was splendid with a lot of choice in bread, fruits, eggs,... We had the Budget room and this is modest. A little bit outdated, but ok. The only thing that didn't work for me is the fact you can't choose between smoker or non-smoker in Budget rooms. Allowing to smoke inside the rooms is old fashioned to me.
splendid breakfast
isabellev375on 31/05/2017 07:40Everything about the room was good. Clean, good airco. Vere good breakfast, lots of choice en local specialities. Cocktail of the month is the bar for a good price. Perfect before setting of to the seaside, which is close to the hotel.
