Nice enough hotel. Horrible waiter at breakfast.
Sean Gon 17/11/2016 13:40Hotel has nice rooms and nice small pool/sauna area but we were completely put off by the very rude waiter at breakfast. I have never been spoken to in such a way in a hotel and would say the customer service from this man was horrendous. The other members of staff were nice. I was afraid to ask for coffee he was so rude!
Good hotel , 25 mins to centre of Hamburg by train
ptrabanton 07/09/2016 22:22With prices at Hamburg often very expensive I booked here and used a lander train card to get in/out of Hamburg (its near station) - easy !!! Hotel was clean and same and near centre of this small town . No issues , would use again .
Overnight Stop
TubalCainon 04/09/2016 12:37We stopped here on our way to and from Copenhagen with Ulster Bus Tours.It is situated in the center of a charming German town and provides a very comfortable stay.We were provided with an evening meal and breakfast,both of which were quite adequate.The staff were very friendly and helpful.We also enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool.

kuka70on 19/07/2016 09:45This hotel is steps away from the (small) city center. The quality/price is good and everything is just fine, from the wi-fi to the room to the breakfast. Room was rather big and very quiet, facing the inner court.
A good hotel in Buchholz
bettal81_13on 10/02/2016 12:09I've been in Bochholz twice for working meetings and I've stayed at the Achat Hotel. The hotel is nice and it's in a good position. The restaurant offers well cooked food, especially if we talk about meat. Kind staff and a big, clean room made the rest.
