Inexpensive, simple 2.5 star hotel
newco12001on 28/06/2016 18:00The Actuall is a very simple hotel at a very reasonable price. Do not expect something more than simple. The hotel has a very large fitness room, but with very little equipment or lighting to show for it.
There is a restaurant. I ate dinner and breakfast there. I can confirm the restaurant serves food, nothing exciting on the menu or at the buffet.
The hotel also has free wifi, but I was never able to connect to it.
The room was simple, more or less clean, and well visited.
The reason for my visit was that I had an 8AM meeting at a nearby client, too early to fly into Belo Horizonte for the day.
The hotel was good for one night, more than that might make for a trying visit.

marcosO8902PIon 24/05/2016 11:07you have to install new windows in the rooms near the motorway. It is absolutely needed that you clean the rooms from the ants. Your staff in the hotel at the reception MUST speak another addional language. (English!).

Michael Pon 24/12/2015 19:58Amazing venue and hotel. Excellent service from staff and management - always friendly, polite and very helpful! Amenities are fantastic. Food is tasty and a great variety of real Brazilian food. Conference facilities are truly incredible and very well thought and planned out. If you haven't been here yet - you must!
Great for conventions

There are proper space for big conventions and the restaurant provides very good meals.
There are few competitors at its area and due to this, their prices are little higher than deserved.

Fernando_Vasqueson 14/05/2014 01:08Old hotel but has the basic infrastructure and comfort. Reform is in expanding the convention center. Attentive and helpful attendants. Spacious and clean room. Good internet link. Breakfast is basic and has no juice but on the day I was 4 varieties of fruit. The cheese bread is good and keeps the tradition of the region. It's a very used by companies in the industrial region as it prevents the displacement until Belo Horizonte and heavy traffic on Highway BR 381 number 3443 in Jardim Riacho das Pedras region.
