What People are saying

Truly exceptional

Hotel Ada is a truly exceptional place to call home in Sarajevo. It has an old style elegance which is most appealing, along with up to the minute wifi. The breakfasts are a sight to behold! The welcome is warm and generous. The rooms are well sized. We had an apartment of bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, together with a balcony overlooking the sights of the city. There is no lift, so you need to be able to climb stairs to stay here, but the climb is well worth it! If we ever return to Sarajevo, we will make a beeline for this fabulous hotel.

Great Hotel , Great staff , Great Wifi conecction would definately stay here again great hosts

My Stay at Hotel ADA Otoka , Sarajevo was a great stay with a friendly and most welcoming arrival with breakfast i stayed for a week and decided to come back during my holidays in the balkans. I could not fault this hotel all the staff and owners are very friendly people great service with everything you need very clean and sophisticated rooms. which have all satelite v and free Wifi connection yes fre wifi wifi people. clean towels rooms can be cleaned everyday breakfast is served everyday from 7am till 10 am with a breakfast buffet things to order from the kitchen are also there and then cooked freshly. i cannot fault this place. The bar tender Haris is very friendly and will always assist you with any needs that the hotel can provide. I would deffo use this hotel again and i would deffo recommend this hotel to my friends and family sarajevo city is only 10 mins from the city centre from the hotel via either tram or Centrotrans commercial bus which is is a 0.80 cents bus ride.

it is like home, Astonishing hospitality, So Friendly

I have been in Sarajevo twice, and i am attending to go again. in those two times i stayed in Ada hotel and i will go there again. the stuff is amazing, helpful and always give you advises to make your accommodation more comfort and enjoy your trip even they helped me to arrange trips all over Bosnia. The receptionist called Nejra helped me to arrange all my journeys, picnics and trips by naming the best sites to go and even helped me with the transportation, language and car hiring. This receptionist hospitality fits to 5 stars hotel. They made my trip more perfect than i thought it will be. I would like to thank them again for their good prices. See you again after 4 months.
Regards,
M.Ali

You will love it

Me and my girl like people in Hotel and food. You get cake and coffee when you come. For money you pay you get good service! Njoy in Sarajevo, its nice city! You have market near by hotel, check local stores ;)

This is a hotel with dated furniture a little far out from the center a mediocre breakfast still deserves a 5 star rating just cos of the people there, we checked in late evening and my 5 yr old son and i reached freezing but were greeted with such warmth that it made up for the cold weather..

Nida the girl at the reception just made us feel at home, since she realised i was travelling alone with a child she wrote down places for us to visit and even how to get there, and this was all on her own, she even recommended some great local restaurants and when she finished her shift she took us sightseeing 2 days in a row her knowledge on Sarajevo was just fantastic her family has lived there many years her inside stories to the siege and the locals version of the history of Bosnia is something ive never read in any of the books on the country or their peoples plight ..

The day we were leaving i was at the bar and mentioned to the bar man a really sweet guy that im traveling on the night bus to Zagreb and was a little unsure, so he excuses himself and comes back 5 mins later with the owners son whose name ive forgotten and he drives us to the Bus Stop and also helps us with the tickets and reservations and puts us in our bus.. i later realised we may not have been able to do that on our own as strangely very few people at the bus terminal spoke english..

Tram line is about a 3-5 minutes walk 15 with a 5 year old.. theres also a nice local bazar just next to the hotel def worth a visit.. and to conclude this is a great place to stay..
