Relaxed

Apartment was big and airy, washing machine was a big plus particularly when all 3 of my kids had a tummy bug! The kitchen was a good size but lacked space to put anything! The staff were good we had a couple of problems that were fixed fast, loved that we had a garden for the kids to play in. The only bad points for me was the swimming pool a bit of cloud and it was shut and its opening times the playground was for young children wasn't much to do. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return one day. Oh and be prepared for earwigs and ants everywhere if on ground floor but nothing the resort can do about that! and little lizards which my son loved watching 😃

Worst that Italy has to offer

First of all, if a rating of zero stars was possible that would have been the rating I would have submitted for this resort.

We booked Adamo ed Eva for 6 persons. Upon arrival we got a room that was fit for 4 persons with a terribly small terrace that had no place to hide in the shade. When we complained, management claimed at first that there was nothing else. After some more complaining all of a sudden there was an apartment for 6 persons with a decent terrace.

On the park itself there is nothing to do. Entertainment, for which you have to pay extra on the park, is horribly bad. The pool is closed a lot during the day and there is a tiny Wi-fi spot at the shop on the resort with the worst Wi-fi imaginable.

Adamo ed Eva offers complimentary beach chairs. However they include two chairs for a family of six. The beach is a brisk 1,5 km walk. Not too much fun if you are with 4 children and some beach gear.

Numana and vicinity are fantastic and I will visit this town again in a heartbeat. Fun beaches, great food, beautiful scenery. But I will never ever stay at Adamo ed Ava again!

Excellent stay !

There are places , that make difference - obviously this is one of them !
Our apartment was equipped with everything you need and with a stunning modern design.
Stuff was kind and efficient, always smiling and ready to help. Gianni speaks perfect English, so communication was never a problem.
We will definitely recommend this place to our friends !

peaceful holiday

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay in Numana's Adamo ed Eva resort. We travelled as two families with 5 small children. After a certain communication problems upon our arrival, we got two second floor appartments in the L3 house. The appartments were clean, spacious, one with two terraces, the other with one only. The kitchen equipment was a bit limited, could be richer. The garden served as a perfect playground for our children. Our appartment was very close to the bar, which is served by a very kind madam. At first, we've been afraid that it would be too noisy but very soon we found out that our fears were unfounded. The bar serves especially as a wifi spot, a little grocery shop and café.

Pool was a perfect place for children to have fun, they could jump in the water as much as they wished (which might be a problem when you prefer swimming in the pool). Young people providing animation program were very kind and children (especially italian) evidently loved them. The whole resort was mostly occupied by Italian travelers, which is typical for the whole area of Numana - the most of the cars were definitely domestic. The place was very quite during the day and night, had a feeling that our children are the only ones that make noise :-D Within a two minute walk a very vivid camping area (Numana Blu) could be reached for having a drink or meal, evening program, children's playground and perfect ice cream which is a must in Italy :-)

We were a bit disappointed with the sea, which is very very beautiful and clean but quite a distance from the resort and almost immediately deep. A 800 meters walk in the 40 degrees heat with 5 children was quite a challenge sometimes :-) One sunshade with two chairs is assigned to every appartment. Numana promenade is a must in the evening as well as visiting the nearby magic and sacred town of Loreto. When arriving to the resort, be aware that the navigation can betray you when entering the street address of the hotel. Try to look for Numana Blu camping which might be less confusing. When on budget, you might want to shop in the Carrefour which is about 15 km from the resort in the Camerano town.

Have a nice stay in the beautiful area of Marche, we certainly had!

Here is so much potential but....

Ok, this place has a different story than many other hotels.
Originally they build the resort not as a resort but to sell the appartments (for a lot of money).
Than the crisis came in 2009 and no appartments were sold any more. There are about 275 appartments and like less than 100 are sold, so one decidded to rent the rest.
At the reception there is only a little amount of people that speak an other language than Italian, which makes communication difficult.
As we were early in the season the pool wasn't open yet but they were working on it.
Further there is absolutely nothing to do for young children. A playground and some entertainment might make the resort way more atractive.
The appartments themselves are great and un Italian modern (allthough a lot of modern stuff like internet did not work, but it was planned to come. No year mentioned).
You might rent one appartment from an individual so the stuff in the appartment might differ but ours was well equiped.

It's a short walk to the beach. The hotel has no beach but a linked (you get some discount) with one of the beaches nearby.

All in all in pre-season good value for money, but dead borring quite.
