The place has potential but there is serious maintenance required.
Hemangi_2012on 07/08/2017 14:04although what we saw in the pictures seemed very nice on their website, physically what we saw in this delux room was old leaky glass shutters, leakage stains and damp walls , damp, old, unused room odor. don't know why such room was available for business. To our surprise even the bed sheets were unclean and dusty.The food served was nice and homely, however the restaurant needs a face lift. In the bathroom, there are shower curtain rings hanging on the rod but no curtain that just spreads the water all over the bathroom, making it very slippery.
swimming pool area and surrounding in open park is nice.The location of this resort is very close to Khandaala point.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY
Vinay Kon 10/07/2017 13:49Everything thing is good at the resort the food, rooms, ambience, staff. It's definitely a nice property at place like matheran. Only the problem is there's no hot water available 24 hours which should be there at such a cool weather place & very restricted times for food if you go after there decided time you have to pay for the food. So one star less for these two things other everything is good.
Happy, Relaxing and Enjoying Trip

My son enjoyed a lot in Swimming pool as it was very well maintained.
Room were OK but food was excellent (5star). Only thing you have to take care is Monkey they can sanche.
