Excellent, friendly and professional

The owner is very friendly and accessible in providing help and advice and also professional in giving privacy. When I felt unwell and had to stay longer than planned he accomodated my request extremely quickly and flexibly for which I'm still grateful for. I had a nice, large, clean room which somehow remained cool even in the heat - better than what I've experienced in hotels. Overall great experience!

Clean and quiet

This was my first stay in India and I didn't know what to expect. After my arrival I was given a map of the area and told what restaurants to avoid.
Room was comfortable and clean. At night the area is quite and relaxing

To whom this may concern:

I stayed at Adams Woodhouse at Fort Cochi, during the first 10 days this December.
The primary reason for selecting Adams Woodhouse was that it was an original woodhouse and had read in a review that Firoze is a real gentleman. Truly, both facts turned out to be true.

I will never forget the hospitality they accorded me and my decision to stay at his place proved to be a excellent one. Their place and facilities were just what I needed. The room I stayed had a feeling that I was staying in a tree house. The room had a balcony from which one would feel surrounded by their large, bamboo, Mango and a coconut tree. The ground floor has a garden well tended by plant lovers. The original wood house may be the only one in Fort Cochi. A lot of people in Fort Cochi know these. Taking Rixa became easy is all you had to tell him is to take me to Adams woodhouse.

Once again, this was a really pleasant experience. Both Firoze and his wife Farhana were excellent hosts looking after all my needs. They gave me all the guidance I would need to roam around Fort Cochi. I had a real pleasure every morning to discuss about where I went and what I would like to do for the day. It was also a pleasure to talk of all what I know about house construction and maintenance, the subjects with which I am familiar.

Farhana is a chef par excellence. I had a pleasure to be invited for a breakfast and other sampling of her cooking made with her own blend of spices.

Truly a wonderful experience.

We had a blast! The owner is so sweet and have a great energy! He is so good at listening to what you like and the give advice and recommendations;)
The room was nice and we had everything we needed. Loved the breakfast!!!

Wonder full place to stay, very clean and calm. The owner, is very nice and helpful. All the main places are very near to this home stay. Food is available on request. Highly recommended if you´re going Kochin.
