Vidya_Vinayaon 28/05/2017 17:27We visited Mussoorie to enjoy a break from the scorching heat of the plains, and that's exactly what we got in the hill station and our stay in Hotel Emerald Heights. It is situated close to Mall Road, yet away from its rush and noise. The hotel staff is polite and extremely helpful,especially an attendant named Sunil. They offer to ferry you to and from the central points of Mall Road at a nominal price. We stayed in their spacious and cosy cottage, it was a good experience. The views from the balconies are spectacular. The food is good too. The simplicity and efficiency made our stay in the hotel - and Mussoorie - a memorable one! Highly recommended!

well-mannered and pleasant staff members, who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay
location was excellent---not too far from the mall, but peaceful n scenic

Vipul Kon 14/05/2017 16:34- Very good location - Just 500 m from main Mall road, but without the noise of mall road. You can spot Gun point from the terrace. You can take leisurely walks in the morning, return to hotel to rest, have the breakfast, laze around and visit Mall road when you like it. Good food options are available in nearby Mall road - right from local to Domino's to Punjabi...
- Nice, Clean and well maintained rooms and bathrooms
- The hotel is on Camel back road and there is a 150 rupees toll - you can get private vehicles in at any time except between 5 PM - 10.30 PM
-you can request the hotel to pick you up from Horse stand (but you will need to carry the baggage inside for ~ 50 m from toll gate)

ShuvankarThakuron 10/05/2017 14:02We went for a 3 nights trip to mussoorie and this place was amazing. View from rooms are great and service as as par the standards expected. Would definately like to go and stay again. A special mention of the staff who are on their toes to fulfill all your demands.
Worst experience
varun9kumaron 03/01/2017 08:41I stayed in Hotel Emerald Heights in December 2016 & had worst experience of my life.
I booked the room thru "OYO rooms" & on arrival came to know that OYO has charged me more than the actual tariff. Actual tariff of room was Rs. 4500 whereas OYO charged me Rs 6000 for this room.
The bed was clean but broken. Room heater was making a loud noise. Half of the food from menu was not available. Very limited menu served in complimentory breakfast & that too cold. Even coffee not available. They served "Mazaa" in the name of juice.
Overall experience was pathetic & don't suggest anyone for this.
