intrepid4on 03/05/2017 19:49We wanted to self cater and Address was perfect. Roomy apartment with western bathroom but an onsen available in the accommodation. Clean comfortable and relaxing with good advice from the reception staff whose English was fine

Always solicitous and prompt. Such dedication to providing great service.
The rooms are big, comfy and cheery (although it can be a tad too warm at night depending on which room). We love the hotel Onsen which we usually get to ourselves! Great for people who are too shy to want to try the public bathhouses.
Very centralized location to pretty much everywhere else- Bus terminal, Yu road to the ski school, Onsens, restaurants, pharmacies and various souvenir shops.
Dynamite comes in small packages
romystuhleron 17/02/2017 05:48We stayed in a compact room which had everything we needed and more. So cleverly designed. Great value for money. It was comfortable and had lovely treats for breakfast. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities were super with an in house onsen, ski locker, free laundry.
Superb Service
aerrrron 04/02/2017 04:40We checked in early and our room wasn't ready. They happily rescheduled and our room was ready in less than one hour.
We had a skiing accident and had some major problems but nothing was a problem for Tadashi or Keori. They were compassionate, helpful and ferried us back and forth from appointments with a smile, no matter the time of day, at no cost to us. The local housemaid was extremely kind and helpful also.
The room was a good size and always well stocked with what they promised to deliver and kept extremely clean.
This is the type of small apartment accommodation one hopes for but rarely finds.
I can recommend Address Nozawa without reservation and I am sure you would be happy also.
Great central hotel in the heart of the ski village
LisaBouwon 29/01/2017 05:58The family enjoyed our week long stay at Address Nozawa. We had 2 studio apartments on level 3 and enjoyed every minute of our stay, from helpful Tadashi, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast supplies and a well stock kitchenette. We could walk everywhere, a 10 minute walk to the moving walkway and 5 minute walk to most restaurants. We definitely would recommend to anyone wanted to enjoy a true Japanese village ski holiday. Hopefully one day we will return.
Only comment would be to have better or stronger lights in the rooms at night.
