On arrival we were meet by management who had the difficult situation of advising us the booking.com had used the incorrect rates and that the price was almost double.
Toni, the manager help us to call booking.com and then after an hour of dealing with booking.com's inconsistent service, took the responsibility to resolve the matter himself.
This is a lovely quite property, a short journey by tram to The city and Rundle mall. They have many types of rooms that will suit all your needs.
Parking is available and easily accessible

A boutique style hotel undergoing renovation which should be completed in 2018. Our balcony room was newly renovated and overlooked the park. Very clean and comfortable with Queen bed and single bed, usual tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. WiFi was complimentary and fast. Although the bathroom was a one person only size it was modern, clean and good water pressure in shower. There is a parking fee of $20 per day which is very reasonable in a city environment. Would definitely recommend.

Chris Ton 27/06/2016 04:29Wasn't expecting a lot . However found it to be clean , comfortable and reasonably priced. Would stay again. Love walking so well located opposite the parklands of South Terrace. Reasonably easy stroll into the city.
