Wonderful

The hotel is simply Great, with a very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and awesome housekeeping services, very very comfortable bed and of course the super location. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Victoria from the reception team, She was very kind and very helpful, although her shift was already finished, she stayed to finalize our reservations and to make sure that everything was ok. Thank you so much.
I recommend this wonderful hotel.
Great hotel.....awful guests
Q3195PRandrewlon 20/08/2017 00:03Our stay at the hotel was mixed. The hotel was extremely clean, tidy and all the staff front of house were polite. We ate in the restaurant 3 nights and the prices were very good, staff friendly. Unfortunately this was spoilt by the chef who insisted on being verbally abusive to the servers, and refusing to cook meals, I was left waiting for 30mins after friends had been served their meal because the chef was kicking off over a chicken salad.
The swimming pool and other facilities were fantastic however it was again spoilt as some guests felt it was acceptable to walk around and swim in the pool completely nude with minors around. Something which in the UK would be considered indecent exposure and completely inappropriate for a family friendly pool. In defence of the hotel I told reception and I believe they tried to deal with it.
Rooms and quality of the hotel were brilliant and I couldn't fault there service and helpfulness of any front of house staff. They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our stay was only disrupted by a chef and nude men.
Great apartments for families
KWLVon 19/08/2017 20:12We loved our stay at Adina. The 2 bedroom apartment provided perfect for a family of 4, and the washer/dryer was a plus. Very happy with location with many restaurants in easy walking distance. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.
Super apartment and location
Ann Son 18/08/2017 22:05Such a great apartment. We had a studio and also a family apartment. I could not believe the size of the family apartment especially after getting off a cruise ship. It was enormous and we were absolutely delighted. How fantastic for me to ba able to do a wash as I had 4 kids. The location was fantastic and an easy walk into the city. A fantastic bakery less than 1 min away where we met a lovely guy working there who spoke fluent English. We also ate in the restaurant downstairs and it was super. To find such an excellent pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym was another bonus.
I will certainly look up other Adina apartments if they are anything like these and I throughly recommend everybody to check these apartments out if in Hamburg.

mags bon 18/08/2017 10:18Friendly staff. Central location. Very clean. Large spacious accommodation. Kitchenette had all appliances and was well provisioned. Apartment serviced daily. Separate air conditioning in each room. Good sound insulation.
