Alister Hon 04/08/2017 15:43I booked this hotel because of a sale online and not much else to go on. I could not have picked a better hotel if I tried! It had everything we were looking for. Safe neighbourhood, walking distance to downtown, friendly and accommodating staff, quiet rooms, incredibly clean.
The soundproofing between rooms is a big deal because my partner is a light sleeper. We both received incredible night's sleep. I absolutely adore the pillows. Firm enough to for head support, but soft enough that you melt right into your bed.
The staff in both the restaurant and at the front desk are delightful and helpful. All you need to do is ask and they will do their best to satisfy what you need.
I absolutely recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Whether your stay is business or leisure this is the place you want to put your head at night.
What a Nice Hotel for my 3 day stay

When I reached the hotel the lobby was not that impressive but the room that I was assigned just blew me away. Housekeeping was courteous and Front desk staff was lovely. The website reviews were not doing justice to the property. Me and my girlfriend decided that on our honeymoon we will stay at this hotel again.
Very nice, clean and well located
JudyandDaveon 23/06/2017 20:10Spent 4 nights here and all was very good. Comfortable, clean, good location that is easy to find. Good parking. Very good restaurant off the lobby with better than average breakfasts. WiFi is available but was very unreliable much of the time.
Quiet easy going Hotel

The room is large with 2 queen beds and good sized TV.
The location is nice where you can walk on the Dundurn Castle grounds in the morning or evening. Access to the hotel is good off Dundurn although GPS may drive you past the entrance to parking. The hotel has a restaurant which serves a good breakfast.
Hotel is quiet but is older. Fast food etc is down Dundurn street.

Allan1234on 20/06/2017 21:52Stayed overnight in June, I was quite surprised how nice this hotel is. The beds and bedding are excellent, the whole place is clean and well run. I will most definitely stay there again. They have a good restaurant on site.
