Perfect stay!

Free parking available accros the street.
Nearby the main attraction by car ( 2 minutes)
Room are small but you find all you need.

Average room but great customer service
M3632XIanonymouson 23/06/2017 11:00Hotel near the Spree canal so quite nice, not too far from central Berlin. Room was average but comfortable.
Ours had a bathroom with glass walls which do not offer much privacy so best ask for one with regular walls or make sure you know the person you are sharing the room with very well!
The highlight was the great customer service, every team member was ever so helpful and kind.

stevenekuhnon 08/06/2017 21:30The hotel looks grand from the outside, perched beautifully on the River Spree, the old style gives it charm, it was obviously a factory of sorts.
The reception is manned by really nice staff but they are over challenged, not once was there not a guest speaking with them about a problem or they were on the phone discussing a problem and people in line waiting to complain as well.
Why all the complaining?
Well it seems the hotel is saving money on staff. It is like walking through a public building, it does not feel comfortable at all, sort of free access to anyone walking by, a very strange feeling.
The staff I did see were always nice, I found it odd to be pushed into the rear of the elevator by the towel carts and smelly used towels but I am not so sensitive.
I think this hotel could excel and I believe the right attitude is there but they need more staff and they need proper training for conflict management; saying "yes we will take care of it" only works when they actually take care of it.
I checked in, went to my room and reported the air con is out, before I left I put a card on top of the door to know if anyone was in the room (I always do this) it falls when the door is opened.
I came back from a meeting 3 hours later and asked; "was it repaired", I got the "yes it was" and went to my room, opened my door and the card fell into my hands and of course the air con was not working.
Not happy, by that time it was to late, the technician went home.
BUT; I was given free MiniBar and a 20% room discount.
A good business hotel, easy.
Great visit
katieeee1234xon 06/05/2017 21:47The hotels location isn't too far from the centre, either walking or by public transport. We walked majority of the time to the centre. Great food and bar locations situated around the hotel. Lovely view of the river, having breakfast by the river in the sun it is so relaxing. The rooms are clean and big with all the facilties you need including a hair dryer and air conditioning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend of you want a reasonable price week/weekend away in berlin.

Karen13Gordonon 06/05/2017 16:25Hotel was easily checked into, room was lovely and clean, Great breakfast plenty to pick from. Easy to get to Berlin Center we got a day bus ticket for AB areas for 7 Euros each, which will take you to anywhere you need to get to, also ticket will get you on trams or trains, bus stop across and down from hotel and round the corner get the 245 and 5 stops later in the main train station a stroll through the shops that are there which, are quite a few and you can walk to the Brandenburg gate and everywhere else that you would like to see, the hop on hope buses are there as well before you get to the gate really enjoyed my time at the hotel and in Berlin.
