this is in the heart of the city.my room was spacious.friendly staff.it has restaurant.but the price is overpriced.the room price is ok.food quality has to be improved for a such a price .ac is fully functioned.

hotels changed 2 times. Booking was made for hotel . it was a lodge without restaurant and room services. Hot water was not available in morning.
Overall the worst experience I had in online booking.

I will never use cleartrip for any online booking.

Hotel Grand Central - Good hotel at Affordable rates

I like the hotel. It is in heart of the city. Area is also good. Hotel rooms are also specious. Only food quality is not very good but is average only. Room service is good. Room ambience is also good.

Bad service and unclean rooms

The overall quality of the hotel was very bad. The management of this hotel had changed when we went there, but it did not improve the quality. The staff promised us a 15% discount during check in, but when checking out, they told us that the discount could not be applied due to "system" problems. I was also told that the manager was not around to resolve the issue. The rooms were also very bad and unclean.

Affordable and good stay. Located at a prime location

I stayed here for a day only. As suggested by my relative, I went to Grand central located near Jagadamda Junction. Location and the ambience are good. Prices are pretty affordable. But the Rooms does not impress me much as compared to other hotels in Vizag. Interiors are not too great and hosppitality is not much recognizable.
