Very nice hotel with top staff
MLTBCHon 01/08/2017 22:33Stayed here 2 nights, on arrival got upgraded from regular double to double room with balcony so a great start. Hotel is very nice, facilities very good. Extensive swimming pool and spa area. Great garden for lounging and terrace for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Surely recommend staying here when in Flims!

bvikoon 03/07/2017 09:46Stayed in room 107 - clean, big terrace with two doors, great room. With ski boots the walk will be too long - they have shuttle service. Nice big SPA area with both inside and outside pool. Nice to have this in the winter also

- Big, lovely room with modern bathroom
- Breakfast had everything for everyone and it was delicious
- In the evening we had 5-course menues, so good!

This time we'd booked using the internet and a generic booking service but, somehow, the hotel detected that we were regulars and put us in what we have always told them was our favourite room. Nice touch!!
Very friendly staff with highly flexible approach
Alexander Bon 06/03/2017 22:09Nice atmosphere in the lobby with good live piano player, room is well maintained, clean, reasonably spacious. Good quality food at times maid partly from local produce. Nice view on the mountains from the window. The hotel is not in the walking distance to the ski lift, but it runs a shuttle service to and from hotel reasonably frequently. The ski resort offers big variety of slopes for all levels and there is a ski school near the ski lift.
