This hotel needs rejuvenation and revolution. No phone in the room, room smelled weird. Not very hygiene either. The bed sheet felt old. The breakfast was not that great either. The only good thing is, it is near the central city.

I spent two nights here because it was simply among the hotels in Lombok Tengah (Praya area) which are really close to Lombok International Airport.
Second, i saw an Okay (***) rating about the Hotel.
But, when i arrived and stayed, I had huge DISAPPOINMENT for this hotel. Not many people stay in this hotel.
I seldom rate low in TA, as a matter of fact, but I should do so that the hotel management takes immediate action, they need to do something.
I don't see this hotel in Aerowisata website. Aerowisata is Garuda's vendor and has reputation for its quality airline catering and hotels/resorts. Only Kila Senggigi and Pool Villa Senggigi which are really good, listed in its website. If Aerotel Mandalika has already been removed from Aerowisata, then it explains why.
5 things, the hotel management must do:
1. get rid of moesquitos inside rooms. this is a forbidden thing in any hotel !! how can a guest sleep well?
2. pay attention to bathroom floor, it is slippery and dangerous especially for kids and elderly guests.
3. poor breakfast even for IDR400,000 rate hotel. It took almost a half an hour to make a noodle soup ! This is like staying in understarred hotel, or hotel Melati !
4. poor attendance by hotel staff. It seems that the hotel is having shortage of staff, perhaps due to lack of guests that made income way too low to pay more staff ?
5. poor room make over, and in-room facilities.
Honestly, this hotel is potential though, IF managed professionally. Now i see a very nice hotel, newly opened nearby airport. If there isnt anything the hotel management do, more and more people will opt this hotel out, and move to this new hotel. I will do so, too, except the hotel management fix what they need to fix.

OK hotel for one night when you arrive late in the airport of Lombok. OK breakfast but not fantastic. The Hotel is also a bread factory delivering to the airport, so we where a little disapointed that the bread was just plain toast.
Strategic place to stay on Praya

I visit the hotel after climb Mt Rinjani, I think it's the nearest hotel from Lombok Praya International Airport. Only takes 15 minutes from hotel to Airport by using Taxi. The location are strategic, near the main road and it's easy to get Taxi. The room are clean, bed feels comfortable, bathroom are clean and hot water available. They have flat TV, mini refrigerator, air conditioner on each room but too sad there's no room service facility so you can't contact the receptionist or order food from the room. WiFi are available but the connection are poor except near the lobby area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are included for 2 guest, the menu is fried rice, chicken soup, cracker, bread and juice. Taste are standard. If you want other menu you can find a restaurant in front of the hotel, any kind of Indonesian delicious food available in there with cheap price. Or maybe you can try to delivery order Mandalika Pizza from the hotel, it's also cheap and delicious. For the big size the price is only IDR 65.000. Overall it's a nice place to stay in Praya Lombok Indonesia

We arrived at the hotel as a stop over for a flight the following day. The room size we ok and shower pressure etc very good. I was working for 5-6 hours using the desk and chair provided in the room and ended up getting horrifically bitten all across the backs of my legs!! As a result been in strong dis-comfort for the last couple of days! Not a sign of a well kept / clean hotel.
The food on site is also poor quality and over priced. Even when ordering a salad they forgot the two main ingredients. They have no direct site to contact to discuss the problems!
Only stay here if you have to due to proximity to the airport.
No free service to the airport / welcome drinks etc as previous user added.
