We stayed 7 nights as we toured the south of the island. The rooms are situated in a very central location and we found the place very clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Emanuela Mon 07/01/2017 15:57I Stayed in Novembre, very good place, very nice and kind Grazia, the woman on the reception, she helps us for anythings. Very cleaned and cheap. I suggest to travellers to visit Cagliari and in particula Castello's quarter, the palce where is locate Castello Affittacamere.

sauraxon 29/03/2016 15:47Room was dirty and bed sheets were smelly. I have asked for cleaning and there was no cleaning at all. The room was dirty when we arrived. Dust and dirt under the bed. There was problem with drainage in the shower and washbasin. When I publish a review on another site, I have asked to CANCEL my review because they provided us washing service for our clothes?! And it was not free, it was handled on the negotiated prices 5 € for per usage. And it was 11 kg - 4 € outside at a laundry. So it was not cheap though.
And after all these, our room is not CLEANED. No info, no apologize, only a message that made me feel not as a guest, but like a person asking for a charity thing and blamed for what I was asking.
Not the right place for hospitality.
very nice and well located

The rooms are nice size and the bathrooms are newly remodled.The stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff really enjoyed what they do, the Hotel was decorated beautifully and extremely comfortable rooms.
Most a fake!
Olga Fon 26/04/2015 19:40Most of the photos you see in the net page don't belong to the place! There's no bar, no lounge bar, no restaurant, no nothing, just the room and a living room without windows!!
We had to wait for one and a half hour until someone came to open the door, than the room was not cleaned from previous guests, and in our last night the owner made a reservation in our name and send us to another B&B! It was unbelievable!! Never again!! The location was the best, but you have to have good legs to get there and to go up the 3 floors!!
