F1356RUkevinhon 25/07/2017 22:38Friendly staff, clean apartment and pool a good base for exploring the area Venice two hour drive, Verona 45 minutes both a must if you don't mind the crowds. A pizzaria and bar both 2minutes away and very friendly.Try to get a room on the lower floor or you could find yourself on the third floor and 49 steps away from the pool as we did. All in all we had a good experience but don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. A15minute safe walk down to Arco, along small lanes through the fruit trees and vines.😎

up pon 21/01/2017 20:43Visited wirh a friend, kind of last minute solution that worked perfectly. Aldo we arived late night the owner welcomed us. The only thing i can say on the down side was the draft from the closed windows, but that didnt really bothered us couse the apartment was warm and cosy. And the price- one almost cant find beter.
Great place for kids but could do with some tender loving care
ComfyCustomeron 26/10/2016 20:25Overall I have to say I was quite happy with these apartments. It is definitely family orientated accommodation and the the pricing is fair. We had the bargain deal and I think that meant we got the least desirable aprtment. It had everything you needed and was a decent size but unfortunately it stifling inside and we had to leave the door wide open to get any fresh air in. It did have 2 double beds upstairs which was perfect for us but one of the rooms was so tiny and with the heat it was nearly unbearable. The one window in the room was broken and couldn't be closed properly, as was one window in the main bedroom area. The spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms was very steep and not ideal at all when you have babies or toddlers in my opinion. It is manageable but a bit stressful. From what I could see the other rooms looked like they had a better layout and they all also had a balcony you could sit and eat from - which we didn't. I'd stay there again but just ensure I didn't get that particular apartment.
The grounds were great for the kids. Had so much play equipment, a tennis court and a pool with a small slide. The pool definitely needed a renovation. The lining was coming away at the sides. The tiles were also very slippery on the waterslide side. There were lots of fruit trees and produce you could try which was lovely. I personally wouldn't say it's a farm. The only animals I saw were 3 chickens and 2 rabbits in a hutch. It was more like a lovely big backyard with a few pets.
Garda Lake is only 10 minutes drive away and there is a pizza restaurant opposite and a supermarket 2 minutes walk down the road, so I also liked the position.
The wifi reception was a little slow but we managed.
Great for kids, probably not for long stay
stef90on 29/07/2015 17:59We had planned to stay at another B&B but it was full so we landed here a bit randomly.it was really great especially for our children who enjoyed the pool thoroughly with us. We had a small apartment with a nice terraces on ground floor so we could cook and have diner outside. Nevertheless I wouldn't stay for too long because I found the equipment in the kitchen really poor, a bit dirty even when I touched the side of the door my finger felt sticky afterwards,... Ugh.... No air co so the owner gave us a big unit which could only be used in the kitchen because the outlet pipe had to hang out of the kitchen window...was ok but just for one night. Also I am not sure how often they clean the pool. I saw the robot by the pool but it didn't work when we were there.

Alexey Aon 03/10/2013 20:02Lovely place to have your holidays with your family or friends. I'd stay there over several years every time I'm at Arco. There you can find a swimming pool ( likely for kids), wifi,some sport place, spacious parking area, cozy and clean apartments with all the necessary and really friendly unobtrusive staff. This apartments will be suitable for family holidays and for young people as well. It is really good place, so I advise it for my friends each time.
