Good location easy reach of Rome
gec57on 29/04/2013 18:42We were impressed by the help we received from Lucca. He arranged to collect us and also dropped us off at the train station. We were able to walk around the olive groves and property and back to his home for a lovely meal, as a large group of cyclists were also dining that night. He also took the time to take us to the olive factory and was a wealth of information. Ideal for self catering and a good start for exploring the Sabine Hill area. Children would love the area.
Quiet place in the country for the exploration of Rome
AGiusson 30/04/2011 15:50Agriturismo Colle dell'Arci is situated about 30 km from Rome, amidst wonderful olive groves. It is possible to make nice excursions on foot or with bicycle in the countryside and visit the nice romanic abbeys. We went every day to Rome, using the frequent connection between Fara Sabina and the capital, and could combine the cultural aspect of our stay with the cozy atmosphere of the 'Agriturismo". Ideal place for chidren. It is possible to buy the olive oil that the owner produce from the olives of their trees.
