Great place
nino gon 26/07/2017 18:20As animal lovers we loved this place. Friendly staff and cats lol. Pool, bar, lovely breakfast would definitely stay again. Better than you usual b and b and in a lovely rural setting. Worth staying for something different.
Great Agriturismo
Gareth Jon 16/07/2017 10:37We spent nine days in this Agriturismo, spending our time between touring and time at the pool.
You're never sure how good the food is, but be assured, it was great. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and waiters. Rooms were cleaned every day. As was the pool.
Vivinatura makes a great base for touring also. There is free car parking.
The train platform is only a few hundred metres from the hotel and tickets can be purchased from reception. Naples is only about 40 minutes away. They'll also give you a timetable at reception.
We had a car, so we're easily able to tour the Amalfi coat and had a few days to Capri also. Driving in the south is er, interesting. Only hire a small car, treat all other vehicles as hostile and likely to kill or maim you and understand that normal rules about right of way or white lines to keep in lane are only a rough approximation.! You'll be fine, honestly..
There is a local shopping centre only a few miles away that has a supermarket (there is a fridge in the room you can stock up with cold water(or wine!).
Highly recommended.
lovely place lovely people
Sandro Fon 31/05/2017 22:03I have experienced a lovely stay at the agriturismo Vivinatura, the place is perfect, with animals and outdoor games, ideal for children entrateinment, apartments comfortable and above all clean, breakfast in the quiet terrace with the waiter and waitress always present and ready to materilalise any request, overall perfect place for who has a frantic pace of living and want to enjoy a moment of peace, also close to Sorrento and really close to the archeological digs in Pompei. My thanks goes also to Cristina that with her kindness and advise made our stay even better.

An oasis in the city!
Stuart N Theres... Aon 27/04/2017 14:47We stayed at Vivinatura for 3 nights and are so happy we did! After a week of fight crowds in Rome, Venice and Florence, it was so nice to be "away" from it all! The staff are super friendly, the restaurant has great food, reasonable prices and our waiter Alfonso was amazing! The grounds are peaceful and quiet (except the roosters :-)), and the beds, worth a stay just for that! Arriving via circumvesuviana, you'll want the Ponte Persica stop (there is no station, just a platform), just two stops from Pompeii, it's a short 5 minute walk. From Naples, it's about a 30-35 minutes, continuing on to Sorrento, it's about the same. Keep in mind, you are on a very busy line with lots of tourists, which means thieves. Always be aware of your surroundings and your stuff!! You can buy train tickets right at the reception desk. This Agritourismo was a great find at a great price! We will be recommending it and would love to stay again!
A wonderful family holiday
FranG70on 13/04/2017 16:56Our family of five had a week’s stay at Vivi Natura in early April. It was fantastic. We booked the two bedroom villa, which was a great decision as we were able to use the terrace to enjoy the springtime sunshine. The Villa has two bedrooms – one double and one double plus single bed. This second room also housed a fridge, cupboard and dining table.
The hotel facilities are beautiful with a pool (which opened a couple of days into our holiday which was great), a bar and restaurant (which was very good value and superbly managed by Alfonso, who was so kind to us during our stay), and beautiful gardens with orange and lemon trees, plus a playground and the animal enclosures - young children will enjoy both of those. Other rooms all seemed to be located in the Hotel at the front and around the pool area, can’t comment on them but never heard any issues anyone had.
We really couldn’t have asked for anything else, it was great! There was a big lunch/afternoon event on the Sunday with perhaps two hundred guests, but the staff still found time for us and we were still able to enjoy a lovely meal in the evening.
A few tips for getting around – the hotel is located near Ponte Persica Circumvesuviana station if that’s how you’re arriving, once you’re at the station walk to the end of the platform and head left and the hotel is about 10 minutes walk straight up Via Ponte Izzo. The station before, Moregine, is next to a very busy main road with no footpath! The train was a great way to get around and we were able to visit Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Capri (via ferry from Sorrento) using it to get us around. There is a Pharmacy just around the corner from the hotel if you need it.
If arriving at Naples’ Capudichino Airport there is the Alibus straight to the main train station. On the way back it’s (currently at least) difficult to find the bus terminal you need back, there is a white information point near where you get dropped off who can direct you.
So we would really recommend Vivi Natura if you’re visiting this part of Campania and in particular the wonderful Cristina, Alfonso and all the staff who made our stay so special! Grazie di cuore
