Good place with nice view
Rahul Mon 26/06/2017 07:55If you want a hotel with a superb view - book this hotel. Awesome place like very away from city very peaceful and they have apple trees in there compound so you can have your breakfast nature fresh. There is no much luxury in the hotel and I would say not that maintained but yes for that price it's a great deal. You can have double rooms which I had and we were staying as a family - it was basically a villa with two rooms and a hall for. The view we're great from the room, it is build on a tip of the valley which makes your morning awesome when you wake up and see the view. The food was ok, they don't have a large menu but the prep is fresh and tastes good. We enjoyed in our villa only because they have a small sitting space outside where you can have a bonfire but it was already occupied by a big family. So if you are looking for a place in corner where you can enjoy talking then you might not be lucky. I could not find the manager or owners - usually a place like that always have someone talking to you and taking care of your needs - that was missing. I went there in rainy season so it was bit damp and you can feel that smell inside the rooms.
It's in middle of hills so forget you can have anything funky or something special on a quick request. Tell such requests in advance or I would suggest carry your party items such as beer, wine and juices well in advance from any nearby city.
Try this place in winters because it is famous for snowfall.

shubhb2000on 24/03/2017 22:37The name seems to be a pretty up market & boutique but when you enter the rooms ,,, you feel why the govt, is insisting so much on cleanliness drive,,,just because of one person ( Jagjit Singh) who is the so called manager but apart from him,,,everybody is so diligent. To say about the chef & the helper ( Jagdish) , we have no qualms... they are extraordinarily bright and ready to serve the customer...their attitude will even fail the rigorously trained BPO executives but what about the manager??? he seems to be a relative of the owners... which we could decipher from his attitude.. not even bothered when I said that his talks could come in the review of TripAdvisor....The approach road is very steep and narrow and the driver has to be cautious...location is OK.. the behavior of the staff is very good but I am really surprised by the attitude of the manager...strange,,, This place is recommended only for those who is damn bothered about cleanliness and hygiene...the pillows, bed sheets , rajais, with food stain marks and smell...they are not washed for months...
Unprofessional & Unhygienic!
MoushumiBhattacharyaon 20/03/2017 18:25We had booking for 3 rooms (6 persons). When we reached the place at 9pm, dead tired, we thought of hitting the bed soon after the dinner. To our horror, the towels, bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets were dirty, stained and stinking beyond our imagination. Further, when we asked for room heaters (temp was 1degree), they charged us Rs. 350/- per heater per night. After much requests too, they could not provide us clean linens or towels. Sources said that they didnot wash them for the last month due to heavy snowfall and rains.
I strongly recommend to avoid this filthy place which was very unprofessional and the worst was Jagjit Singh, the so called Manager who had a damn care attitude towards their guests and his personality doesnot suit the hospitality business.
