werdlerswereldon 18/08/2017 15:08Great location, walking distace from the palace. Beautiful styled rooms, great attentive staff and management and the best breakfast we had in France.The breakfast is 20 euro, but worth it. Highly recommended

David Mon 27/07/2017 06:22Very smart French hotel , two minutes walk to the Grand Chateau and surrounding restaurants. Upgraded to room 217 ...very pleasant suite of rooms ...very stylish with excellent furnishings , especially the bed ...Huge walk in shower with piping hot water , luxurious towels etc .
Very helpful ,smiley staff.
Car park was free ( despite saying 12euros on website.
Hotel with high quality
Waimaaon 26/07/2017 12:12The hotel was excellent but it could be, given the price. The breakfast is really complete, and costs 20 euros/person. The staff is friendly and kind. It is located in full town in front of the big park of fontainebleau.
There is a peculiarity that must be noted:
The large rooms have showers
The small rooms have a bathtub and (optionally) a shower.

Location, location, location
Shubaleeon 23/07/2017 19:09This hotel is located directly across from the chateau, so if exploring the palace of Fontainebleau is your intention, you couldn't be in a better spot. The hotel has classic french charm, being located in a beautiful old building, on the boulevard. We had a room overlooking the entry courtyard, and it was somewhat noisy at night, especially if you are like us, and like to keep the window open. The hotel has some nice old furniture and lots of toile! The place is looking a wee bit shabby. While clean, it could use a little paint touch up. With that said, the front desk is quite friendly, although our room was not ready until an hour after the check-in time. We did not partake of the breakfast, there being lots of cafes in the same block. All in all, I'd recommend this as a perfectly fine hotel for your stay, but nothing to get too exited about.

bob ton 11/07/2017 22:48well located hotel, with some rather interesting mismatched interior design - but clean (which is the main thing) and fairly helpful staff (even after they put us in the incorrect elevator) - nothing special but very pleasant
