Free bustickets and nice breakfast, we were just travelling trough Switzerland and this hotel was a nice break for us. Enough space for us in the room and a great bathroom with a shower and bath seperated. would come back for sure!
Watch out for the Night Manager
Anna Gon 23/07/2017 18:33We have used this hotel many times and have always found the staff friendly and welcoming. However on this occasion we were greeted by a very grumpy Night Manager. He proceeded by telling me that there was an additional cost because I did not inform the hotel that we were arriving with a dog. I produced the reservation confirmation which stated that we were three guests and one dog. I then asked him why was he taking a second set of credit card details when it was clear at the time of booking that I had already given out this information. He said if I had a problem with it I had to speak with the Manager in the morning. We asked if we could have something from the bar, he refused and said the bar was closed. Bearing in mind that we have used this hotel on many occasions and the bar is never closed. Included in the room price is a complementary welcome drink, as the bar was shut I asked for this - he said that there was water in the room. I informed him that I did not want water, could I have juice, which is the usual format for welcoming guests at this hotel. He begrudgingly gave me a small orange juice, omitting to serve the other two guests with me. I had to ask again if they could have juice too. In the morning when it came to pay the bill, the Night Manager had still added 30ch francs because of the dog. The Manager was not working on that day and a nice, professional receptionist apologised for the Night Manager and explained he was new, perhaps some training in customer service might be beneficial.
Perfect for the night before you fly

Staff was extremely accommodating, room was comfy and clean, And we got to stand in a money machine and grab dollars for free at the attached casino. They even gave us a pass for the bus and tram line, AND drove us to the airport at 5:45 am. Highly recommend.
Very convenient for Airport. Easy to get into town. Casino is novel
jackthebiscuit010on 08/07/2017 20:17This is a hotel I have traveled past often and wondered about the lodging. So, stayed here for 2 nights in June.
It is very well located for the airport. It is right on the 50 bus route that runs very frequently between the train station and airport, and of course if you are resident, the clean, efficient and punctual public transport ticket is thrown in. Fantastic!
I like the rooms. Would prefer to have Tea and Coffee making facilities. Nice use of LED strip lighting with the ability to alter the colours.
Bar area is OK. Predominance of Red colours in the area - suppose it may have something to do with being colocated with a casino, but not sure.
Restaurant is not really worth a visit. The menu is very limited, so I advise taking the 1 minute walk to the bus stop and wandering into town.
Casino's don't do it for me, but if you're into that sort of thing, its right on your doorstep.
Would certainly consider staying here again.

Rooms very comfortable with excellent choice of tv channels
Golf and bar on 1st floor non existent should not be advertised within hotel info
Biggest concern and advice for all travellers would be the restaurant as the hotel is remote there is no choice but to use the hotel restaurant. To say this was disappointing is an under statement. Food was just warm, little choice and of poor quality
My colleague had the much advertised house burger with the "special jack Daniels" sauce. This was tasteless, like warm and not worth the value paid
It would appear the food is all pre prepared and just warmed up in the microwave
Stay away from the restaurant, take advantage of ordering the Chinese or Indian food from the room or bar menu, this will take at minimum 45 minutes as they have it ordered in from a takeaway however based on my opinion of the restaurant take this option
Would I stay here again probably not
