Nice hotel near Munich airport - 8 min. drive
Ilyas03on 26/03/2017 22:21We stayed at this hotel with two kids for one night. Staying here is worth if you need to stay close to airport. Facilities and interior of rooms are okey, with a touch of shabby... Still, huge parking and nice restaurant at the hotel territory do make it uqite a value-for-money choice.
Overnight stay traveling back to US
Randy Ton 13/11/2016 11:33Stayed the night before returning to the states. Perfect location to the airport and rental car drop off. Nice restaurant and surrounding area. Nice room and very clean. Internet charge (3 euro) per device.
Watch out from a lot of extras! Shuttle to airport IS NOT FREE €9 ONE WAY, WIFI €3/device
927sammerfon 11/09/2016 22:24I hate writing bad reviews, but this is one of them. One of my worst experiences in Europe, with a lot of switch and bait. Rooms are too tight, a lot of rooms with no air conditions, no phones to call reception even! Many rooms located in another building and you have to walk to reception ( you cant call them to ask for anything).
Small hotel at a silent village
bulbul720on 27/08/2016 20:44Comfortable room with 4 beds - without door between the room and fore-room. That cause some noise issues - if somebody try to cook or drink from the refrigerator. Overall cleanness is good, but we found some spiders. Nobody wrote about the wifi internet price calculate to each devices - so 4 people laptop and mobile cost over 20€...
Again, a very pleasant stay, but the service was not as friendly as before
BarBu49on 26/05/2016 00:56I recently had stayed there one night in February and liked the room in the new annex. This time, my room was even better. Nobody could look into my window, so I could sleep with open drapes and blinds. There was a small balcony in front of the window which obviously had been used by a smoker previously, as several cigarette butts were laying out there.
Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the easy access by lift, but when I asked for some help with my luggage for the next morning, I was told they couldn't promise me that, as "the colleague was also driving the shuttle to the airport". So I managed to haul my luggage downstairs by myself.
Internet access is a reasonable 3 Euros a day, however separate for each device.
The price for the airport shuttle bus is now 9 Euros and it doesn't run "around the clock", but rather every half hour or so. I wanted to sleep 15 minutes longer but I was told "we don't drive at that time". Also, the people at the reception seemed a lot less friendly than before, somewhat overly professional, but not as personal as I was used to ( no smiles at all). This time, upon arrival I wasn't even brought to my room, but to the lift only. Oh well, I definitely saved some tip money, and at least I slept very comfortably.
