Far away from center/Very old and dirty rooms

Do not be fooled by the pictures of their suit or newly designed rooms with nice looking baths. Standart room they gave us was awful like in pictures; very old and uncomfortable bed, old dirty shower, broken fridge and wardrobe.
And there was also a spider falling from the ceiling above us, smashed that finally!
And it is FAR FAR A WAY from harbour 3 km never can walk in the night up and hills after uzo.
For tracking that is ok:)
Never recommend not to my taste.

Budget B&B

We stayed in Akti Hotel for 4 nights and here are pros and cons:
Pros:
1. One of the cheapest B&B in the area.
2. Nice and warm hosts helping you in every way.
3. Clean and neat.
4. Great view.

Cons:
1. It's a very old looking hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright but in need of refurbishment.
2. A little bit far away from the centre. Not possible to walk anywhere. You must rent a car.
3. Options in breakfast can be a bit more. Some days there were no tomatoes or eggs however when asked for more they helped immediately.

Still, budget-wise we liked our stay and if you are not after posh rooms, but saving is more important, you can enjoy your stay.

Cosy and quiet hotel

My wife found this hotel via Booking.com. The price was ok which included Breakfast. Location is a little far from Molivos that's why we rented a Car from lesbos port to reach there. People at The reception were very friendly. If you wanted a place of peace and quiet then go it☺

Lovely people and a very well run property. One important note though, if you stay you will have to have transportation as its too far to walk to town. Scooter or car. Or taxi at 5 or 6 per trip.
That said, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Amazing service with stunning views

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September, we arrived and were greeted by Maria who gave us a choose of rooms to select from, we did so and she provided us with kettle cups etc that we asked for. She has loads of local knowledge and is happy to provide you with any local info you want, her son Alex also works at the hotel, we thought we had lost our camera in a taxi he located the taxi driver on face book , rang him and checked for camera no luck so he agreed to meet him later find out where he took his next fare and what they looked like then he would drive there and find them and see if they had our camera! now that's what I call service. Room had a stunning sea view, fridge, kettle air con etc. Break fast was good as much as you wanted. Pool area was lovely again with sea views and very clean.only slight down side was the mattress good be replaced for something softer but it didn't spoil our holiday at all.
