Nice affordable quiet place

We found this hotel (they call it B&B). When you arrive, it seems a bit lost not in the best places. But actually it is quiet and it is 5min walking away from Verbania Intra.
The beds we got were definitly top quality. But we were 3, room was for 5 so big enough, we slept windows open with not a single noise outside...
Next morning, breakfast was average.
Overall, not the sexiest place to stay but if you travel with low budget around this part of lake which is pretty expensive, then this is a pretty good place to stay in.
Affordable, but you get what you pay for!
Sivi811on 23/09/2012 10:11This was definitely one of the most affordable places to stay in Verbania. We had a wedding to attend in August and while most other hotels were in the $100s-200s, this was under $70s.
This is part of/next to a sports center, so nothing glamorous. We had a GPS so luckily it wasn't hard to find as others have said. Room/bathroom were clean although the towel rack was a bit dusty. It didn't have any toiletries except for small soaps so do bring your shampoo, conditioner, etc
Be advised that there's no AC!!!! Getting ready for a wedding in the midst of the August summer heat was very tough. Our room had a big window but no screens and we were on a low floor so we were kinda hesitant to leave it wide open the entire time.
If you're on a budget, I'd recommend, but don't expect all the comforts of a traditional hotel. It offers free wifi and breakfast which I didn't take advantage of.
Front desk was friendly, but I was "accidentally" charged an extra night. Just check your bill carefully.
