Excellent hotel
924davidon 17/07/2017 09:12Easily one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It is very clean, well kept with nice airy rooms. Our room was also extremely quiet and we had two excellent nights sleep whilst staying. It is not too big to be impersonal and the staff were always extremely polite and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was fresh, plentiful and tasty. The breakfast was basic but again fresh and filling.
The hotel looks quite unique as it is built around a windmill which you can go up into, it is also located in a very quiet area. We used it as a base to go into Maastricht for the Andre Rieu concert and it is approximately a 20 minute drive from the town so ideal.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and can safely say will re-visit if in the area again.
Wonderful dinner

We had found a great quality food, wisely prepared by a real Italian chef. There is the possibility to take the menu with four courses. Absolutely recommended!!

It was clean, comfortable and at a reasonable price. We also had diner en breakfast at Al Mulino, both were wonderfull! We would certainly recommend this hotel

The rooms are beautiful and I loved also the design of the bathrooms (integrated in the room). Shower is big enough and confortante, the bed is cozy and the wifi works perfectly. The breakfast is fantastic, unfortunately I couldn't tu the dinner at the restaurant but I'm sure he will be good as well. If I ever come back in this area I will definitively come back and stay here.

Nice and quiet location, lots of atmosphere. In my opinion, a very balanced combination between an old traditional building and some modern features.
The restaurant is also very good, we had dinner and breakfast there. Ingredients are fresh and the variety on the menu is surprising for such a small location.
Also to mention the highly engaged staff, people do really behave as if they would actually own the hotel. No excuses, they´re just willing to help, no matter what the challenge might be.
I hope I get to visit the place more often.
