Dirty, dishonest and thieves!

Absolutely to avoid this hotel! Dirty: In October 2013 I had my first experience, they give me a room dirty with excrement in the toilet. The breakfast is in the attic and in that period it rained, the water filtered from the roof into the cutlery tray. Dishonest and thieves: Although my first horrible experience I give them an other opportunity, so through Booking.com I'd book a room in June 2015, a prepaid room. Due to the elections disorder of that period we preferred not attend a congress, but seen as we had already paid we ask for the fiscal invoice.... NO ONE answer at our mail, we asked at our Turkish friend to call them, we hoped that listen a Turkish voice....nothing. We wrote to booking but not even them helped us.
So, avoid this hotel.

so many people told us to be cautious about commuting around hotel, i guess the environment is not safe.
The breakfast was terrible. when we entered our room at first night we found a manly underwear at bathroom which shows they have not cleaned the room for next guest to come.

I went to Istanbul for a business weekend and needed to stay near the exhibition halls so Al Sinno's location was perfect. My colleague and I quite liked the homey feel of it; staff were helpful tho had marginal English-language skills, and our rooms were clean and adequate. But the breakfasts were truly a let down with a small selection, often with rotten fruit, and only instant coffee. Really disappointing since Turkish food is excellent and we were looking forward to fresh fruit and yogurts.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I am totally agreed with the three previous reviews about the hotel location and breakfast (there weren’t even butter for the breakfast), room is very dark, bed linen is dirty (and it was not changed even once during my stay for 9 days). Hotel walls are very thin so I couldn’t sleep at all. Another problem was with air conditioner – it has only cooling regime, but the nights were actually quite cool. In hotel description is written that there is a kettle in a room, but I didn’t have it.
Dear travelers, my advice to you – you could find a better hotel for this price. It is definitely not worth it. For that amount of money, I’ve paid, the hotel could be better!

Dear travelers,
It is worth to share with experience I gained during my staying at the Al Sino Hotel. I went through the same problems as described above from other guests:
1. Dark room with the dirty bedlinen, it is difficult to state that room was clean - not at all;
2. Breakfast is awful, dishes were dirty, every day the same food;
3. Room service can be described as - very low;
4. The flush still does not work (i.e that nobody repaired it, in addition to comment “STAY AWAY!!!”);
5. Fun but true - the same story with toilet paper, we had to buy it by our own;
6. Concerning location - from one side good, near Taksim and shopping center, but in order to reach the main street you have to climb a hill. Hotel is surrounded with cars' repair services and in overall it is again dirty.
8. Everywhere: in the room, in the lobby even in the elevator - the smoke smell.
7. OVERPRICED - definitely!
8. At the procedure of check-out hotel's representative claimed non-receipt of full amount for the staying in hotel. Therefore if you decide to stay here, take bank's statement print out with you, just in case.
