Convenient access to Trastevere & Testaccio
Madeleine Ton 29/06/2017 22:19Antonella as host was very kind and considerate. Called us a taxi to the airport and gave us useful tips for shops and trips/walks in and around the city. Trams 3 and 8 call only a few metres away from the townhouse with access to the old town and porta portese. Also, the nightlife and good restaurants of the two hip districts trastevere and porta portese are within easy reach.
The room was big, clean and the air conditioning as well as Wi-Fi worked perfect. The small fridge was a nice asset. The private bathroom is located outside the room, but was very neat and modern. Only the noise from the traffic was a bit disturbing as the trams and cars pass right in front the building. I needed earplugs during the night. However, the lovingly prepared breakfast and Antonella's kind personality compensated all :)

Paulo Con 22/05/2017 15:32It was really a big and wonderful surprise to check in on AL 138. Everything was good. The room was big and clean, with view to the main street which was cosmopolitan but also very quiet. The wc as good areas and was always very clean and perfectly hygienic and private. Antonella, the host , was very friendly and very helpful with the city maps and visits, me and my wife just love to meet her. And maybe we return again to show her our appreciation.
Terrific guest house in the Trestevere
jeremy non 10/05/2017 03:14the AL 138 is a great property if you are looking to stay in Trestevere. It is just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants, and was the cleanest property I stayed at during my 3 weeks in Italy. It also had the most comfortable bed, a nice balcony, and the most wonderful hostess imaginable.
The Best in Rome!
TineVeston 07/07/2016 21:21My husband and I had the most wonderfull vacation. Antonella, the owner, greeted us warmly welcome and was exceptionally friendly and helpfull. The room was vers cozy and had a nice balkony. Our private bathroom had the cleanest toilet in Rome. Antonella gives you detailed directions and the best sightseeing information with her usefull city map. Every morning she serves you a wonderfull breakfast in your room.
When in Rome - stay here! You will not find better acommodation.
Great B&B, great location
Tom Son 19/06/2016 10:50Antonella is a great host, the room is great and the location is awesome. Antonella gives great sight-seeing and restaurant recommendations. The bars and restaurants around the area do not feel touristy at all.
