CHOCOOLATEon 13/08/2017 21:20What a happy place to stay! The check in was perfect and the lady running the place, who I presume is the owner, was fantastic and as friendly as one cold be. I hope you heal quickly! The rooms were spacious enough and you are provided cooking facilities and material. There is ample parking, and the hotel is in a neighborhood near a mall!
We went up for a short stay to attend a wedding and I am glad we selected Alaska's Select Inn!
Great Value
JeepBrownon 08/06/2017 02:58I stayed one night here while driving back to Anchorage. This does not look like a "traditional" hotel from the outside, but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. My room had a refrigerator and stove that I used to make breakfast. I would recommend to anyone passing through looking to save some money as compared to the expensive hotels in Anchorage.

Todd Bon 07/09/2016 04:45Over the years I have stayed at Alaska select inn several times. First time it was good but not impressive and every time sense it has been improved. This stay was very good.
As far as clean I would say perfect. Great staff. Shower head had some hard water issues but that is to be expected in Wasilla in the fall. I expect when the fine staff isn't running themselves ragged this winter they will soak the shower heads in the appropriate cleaner.

MarianReaderon 15/08/2016 06:41There was a problem with a reservation which the hotel personnel responded to promptly and took care of efficiently on several occasions. We appreciated their excellent customer service. Too many places could care less once they have your money.
Upgraded bedding but .....
jacqueline ron 06/08/2016 07:31I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time the cable would not work and the staff would not help me. The second time the heat was not working properly. My sister-in-law was freezing. Again no help from staff. I feel this place is very impersonal and will never stay again.
